   I bought 3 different types of pizzas as cheap deal for around £16 But each pizza was horrible. The pronto pizza some time ago were amazing. The pizzas were the best pizzas. But when I went here few days ago and these new owners and staff claimed their pizza is the same. It’s definitely not the same pizzas. I can’t get over how horrible each pizza was!!! My wife and I both felt sick to our stomach after eating. I don’t usually waste time to leave review unless it’s a huge deal I am just traumatised!

   Worst food I have every had in my life pizza was cold called guy on the phone didn't know his own prices won't feed the food to a dog had to throw it in the bin DONT ORDER FROM HERE every review on here is FAKE food is disgusting and cold WORST FOOD

   Was in manchester from Ireland for a weekend last week. Ordered pizza from Pronto Pizza on just eat. Ordered a 15” double pepperoni with garlic sauce. Waited 1 hr 45 min , looked at my just eat app saying driver is on the way went to the front door of hotel at that point (Wilde Aparthotels Peters Square). It then said my food has been delivered with no sign of the driver. I rang pronto pizza asking where is my order they said he can’t find me and to wait was on the phone for 20m and then eventually had no choice but to walk 10 minutes to collect my food!!!! “New driver” “Driver got lost he’s new” Typical excuses. I was like okay fair enough, I went upstairs to my hotel room and opened the pizza. No pepperoni only margarita and pizza was stone cold and tasted disgraceful. Called the company and the guy on the phone hung up on me and would not answer again!!! Contacted just eat and they couldn’t offer me a refund either,. Very disappointed I personally think this is the worst restaurant in manchester and surrounding areas do not order from here!!

   They gave me the wrong food and tried to justify it as a "more expensive option" it is the same price. I didn't want the spicy one and there was no negotiation. It's a shame because the first time I ordered from here it was spot on, a real shame.

   Really good quality and value on some of the best massive pizzas of this type around. Glad to see the recent change of management hasn't ruined them. Looking forward to seeing some hopefully imaginative new menu items. Understandable circumstances but could probably do with clarifying on menu choices and singing it from the rooftops clearly asap. Quality cheffing deserves as much business as they can take, just the service to align without ruining the cheffing pls.

   I LOVE pronto pizza! I used to get it when I lived close by for Uni. Now I live out in Stalybridge, but I still drive in sometimes just to get a pronto! I always get the 18 inch make your own pizza and it's amazing value for what you get and so tasty! The right amount of toppings, and thickness of pizza! And the dipping sauce is next level! Top notch place! Thank you Pronto!
