   Absolutely disgusting food. Stay clear and go somewhere else. Definitely the worst takeaway I’ve had. I absolutely love a donner kabab and yours is the worse food ever

   Just ordered from foodhub, for the 3rd or 4th time. Service is always good and delivery is prompt. They give a good size portion for the chicken donner and donner on naan - salad is always fresh which is important. Also offer a gluten free menu, which I haven't tried but sounds inclusive. Id recommend this takeaway, enjoyed it every time with leftovers for lunch then next day.

   Owner was super knowledgeable and sensitive to gluten sensitivities as seen in the options available on the menu. We ended up ordering a pepper passion non gluten free pizza (added pineapple(I use an enzyme to be able to eat it)and a chicken shawarma naan, WOW for both! The pizza crust was crunchy outside but soft and amazing inside. Delivery came faster than expected and I will be ordering again.

   Ordered gluten-free burger and kebab in naan. Burger was nicely done on what I think was Schar Bagel. Kebab meat is very, very good, naan bit dry but with bit of sauce very good option. Bit above average for gluten-free stuff, but staff is knowledgeable about food alergens and friendly when asking.

   Decided to try it off the back of a gluten free recommendation. I don’t think we’ll rush back. The bread on normal kebabs wasn’t great. Gluten free pizza small and expensive. Gluten free chips an absolute joke. 2 large portions ordered and they barely filled the tray.

   Ordered yesterday through uber eats for me and my partner. Took 25 min longer than stated time but we did not mind that. I was really happy to have found place that does gluten free food but unfortunately it was not good at all. We ordered gluten free chicken burger,gluten free chips, chips and gravy as well as kebab. Gluten free chicken burger tasted burnt and extremely dry. There was no other taste to it other than burnt. Gluten free chips unfortunately tasted like old oil and were extremely greasy. My partners chips with gravy were completely doused in vinegar to the point that you could only taste vinegar on them. We did not try the kebab as we were put off it by rest of the food .We both woke up in the middle of the night with horrible belly aches and runs . We both did not feel well at all after the food that night and the day after (today) . Its a real shame as reviews we read were really good and menu had good choice. It might have been one off bad order but from our experience we would not recommend :(

   Went there Saturday night. Was passing by so thought I'd give it a try. The service was good also the donner and chips was great. The best part is, they actually serve with proper chippy chips. Will definitely go again, but i would definitely want to try other stuff from the menu too aswell as the donner and chips. The place also looked very clean

   Absolutely delighted with the quality of the food. They do the best gluten free pizza. I would definitely recommended Serrano’s. My personal favourites are the donner meat, which is served in a rich and hearty sauce and the Peri Peri pizza. The Peri Peri pizza has a nice, rich tomato sauce bottom with genuine Italian cheese. They always serve hot and fresh food. Their delivery driver makes sure that your food is delivered within the time and it is hot and fresh. Their customer skills are top notch. I would definitely go back to Serrano’s.
