Incredible sushi. Food quality is better than other upscale sushi restaurants in London. This was a last minute frantic google maps find and frankly, a gem of a place. This is my new favourite go-to great neighbourhood Japanese. Coming back for the Omakase asap. The Otoro and Chutoro were like pure butter!!!

This is a gem in the town! Food was great and service was excellent. My sons order the 2nd round after they had their fresh sashimi. My wife was happy with their vegetarian options (nice if they have more vegetarian selections). They kept saying it’s the best they had in London. Next time when we visit London and we will visit Yashin Sushi again!

The food was spectacular, the fish was very obviously high quality, as it just completely melted in my mouth, and the flavor combinations are genius. Our waitress Maple provided wonderful service, and she was clearly knowledgeable on the food and drink options. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning.

This place is pricier than most other sushi places but their quality in food and staff are worth it. The venue is not very large with most people on the first floor seated at the sushi bar. The wait staff are very attentive to both your food/drinks and are very knowledgeable regarding every piece of sushi and garnishment provided. The sushi is made in front of you and then sent to the kitchen for inspection prior to being served. The sake choices pairs very well with the Omakase offered.

Don’t think I will visit it again Omakase Sushi selection is quite disappointing. Sushi is really loose and some fish are not as fresh as I expected. Tuna Carpaccio and tempura are the only I think worth to visit. Service is really slow and I can tell some of them are not professional trained. They asked us what allergy we have after we ordered. Overall. I would rather pay this much to others such as Sumi and Roji.

Small sushi restaurant just off High Street Kensington. Watching the chefs work is a delight. They work at a very controlled pace as the craft the individual items and dishes. The waiting staff are friendly and knowledgable. We opted for a couple of starters and the Omakase Eleven, and were very happy with the different tastes explosions offer by each morsel. It's pricey, but it is Kensington! I definitely recommend eating at Yashin Sushi.

Everything about this small traditional restaurant is absolutely fantastic. From the quality of the fish, to the techniques used, to the amazing kitchen and support staff. This is by far the best sushi restaurant I’ve tried in London and I genuinely urge everyone to try it. Whether you’re a group or alone this is the place to dine.

Fresh. Crisp. Savory. Overall delicious. Expensive? For this type of quality yes of course. The google $ do not lie. Its a perfect place for a sushi lover or for a nice meal, and delicious treat at that. Would highly recommend the ‘“lunch set’. Good deal- (see salmon pic) and comes w salad & miso soup. The salmon set for lunch was the perfect assortment with each nigiri piece having its own twist- caviar, truffle, wasabi etc. Elevated sushi. Added a side of the fatty tuna nigiri and wow- absolutely melted. The serving staff was lovely and the place was very clean.
