   I ordered the deal that was blatantly advertised on a poster in the window. See photo attached. The server refused to honour it, saying its not available anymore. However, it's on the poster in colour. He then refused to give the drinks and then angrily loaded the burgers with way too much mayonnaise. The chicken was also cold. Just absolutely ruined my lunch!!!

   Went to Frangos for the first time and will definitely be going again. I ordered the BBQ chicken meal. It was tasty and the chicken was moist and well cooked. I even had a piece of fried chicken and that too was amazing. The man serving was polite and friendly which is what makes going to an establishment like this a pleasure. They had an amazing selection of food. I will be returning

   Although the food tasted good I waited almost 2 hours for it!! Once the delivery man arrived there was absolutely no greeting nor any apology for the inconvenience and to top it all off the food was cold! I at least expected some decent customer service after this experience but unfortunately didn’t receive any.

   Can’t comment on atmosphere as it’s a takeaway but they’ve always had top quality food. Sometimes they have missed parts of the order on delivery though, this would be the only downside I have for this takeaway. I was devastated not to have hot wings with my latest order of chicken and chips.

   Food was flavourful but cold even though I went back to collect exactly 25 minutes after ordering ( which I was told to do after ordering ) Chicken, though flavourful was over cooked. The worst part of my experience though was the fact that because I couldn't hear well and had to ask " pardon? " A few times, this seemed to annoy the server. Then he would proceed to insult me in his language, that I happen to know phrases of, out loud thinking he could get away with it.

   Ordered peri chicken and rice which was lovely, came with coleslaw which wasnt expected and was a pleasent surprise. Food was amazingly tasty and white audi drive is always friendly and must say he's the best delivery driver ever dealt with, his happy attitude is amazing. Food was cooked perfectly, my wife is very fussy and she loved it

   Just had a take away brought home by my husband from here. It was meant to be lemon and herb grilled chicken and it was more like burnt and dragged through black coal skin and bones. It was as though someone had munched on the chicken while grilling as the whole chicken had no breast meat and legs had a little meat left on the bones. There was no marinade no seasoning no salt. Worst take away ever purchased. Will not be buying from here again, literally ruined my appetite and evening!

   Chicken can be a little dry at times which is not what you want and the opening time of 12noon is wrong as they are never ever open at 12, been loads and it’s doors are locked with no sign of staff, chippy next door and Kansas chicken further up just get my orders and everyone else’s who are there. Won’t be trying again at lunch time as a result.

   I walked in expecting your average chicken shop, but let me tell you one thing the guy who was serving us was a very polite man amazing customer service skills! Now let’s talk about the food wow 10/10 honestly no lie you need to try there box meals with rice and chips with a bit of extra donner absolutely amazing !! Keep it up ma sha allah !

   VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Many things didn't go right. The order was placed 1 hour prior to opening of our fast for a timed delivery but the food was late by over an hour(2 hours in total). Rang Frangos few times as we were starving and were depending on the delivery, the person over the phone said that because they were busy it's getting late(which turned out to be a lie) because the THE JUST EAT DRIVER told us that the order wasn't processed until later hence why it was delivered late. The food was cold and dry. The garlic bread felt stiff and hard. Almost no taste and for that price was expecting a lot better. Ordered 5 different pizzas and they were all pretty much the same as described Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone better off having fish and chips from Theos which is just around the corner.
