Ordered an online collection Hanabi 48£, arrived at the time of pickup no one is there. I went to customer support of waitrose, couldn't help to they don't know where a guy is.... Worst experience ever had....
I got sushi delivered for the first time since I wanted to test a different sushi place. It turned out to be a huge disappointment; they appear to have been done by a 3-year-old, are significantly different sizes, and are falling pieces.
Delicious food, friendly staff. Every time I fly to this city for Business trip.. that’s my go to place for food. Have tried their, lunch, brunch and breakfast menu. Everything is worth the taste and money. Highly recommended.
Went there at Waitrose in Chester, tried to get sushi for dinner last night but the guy said it would take one hour to prepare our order, he said he had three orders to prepare but didn't look very busy. It was quite disappointing.

Not bad, but … absolutely ordinary. If you want good sushi, you have to go to a restaurant in Manchester or Liverpool where the chefs know their stuff!
