   My First 5Guys order, and propably the last one too. I have been looking forward to trying out your burgers and fries, as many positives have been said about them. I placed my order yesterday through deliveroo. The delivery time was very reasonable, and once the order was picked up, i had it in my hands a few minutes later. Then came the disappointment. Let's start with the cajun fries. Undercooked, uneven seasoning, soggy, you could tell from the very first bite, these weren't freshly made. Crispy and fresh? Absolutely not. And you charge over 6 pounds for this? Joke. Now for the burger. It was nice, tasty, not something i would call extraordinary. My only complaint is that awful low quality processed cheese you use. It is a bit of an insult. Was this worth 20+ pounds that could have bought me 3kg of chicken breast fillets? Sadly not. Would i use a chargeback for this order? For the burger no, the fries, absolutely, 100 percent.

   Great Five Guys location. They make great burgers. Staff were really friendly and service was quick. Food was hot and the chips were loaded which five guys are known for so good to see it carry on. For a bite, it is a bit pricey but overall you get what you pay for.

   We have never had a 5 guys meal and after reading so many reviews of how good they are we decided visited the one in Chester. We were not disappointed, it was delicious, and far better than the 'other two large burger restaurants'. We have also got to mention how friendly and accommodating William and the two other guys were who served us. It is because of their service and quality of food that we will certainly visit this chain again. Fabulous and thank you.

   Great tasty burger made with good quality meat and very tasty chips from freshly chipped potatoes. Not keen on the decor, but the food is well worth putting up with the decor. Staff are polite and helpful.

   Food was delicious as always, wait wasn't too long either staff were helpful and friendly. Can be very expensive though, nice as a treat every now and then though would definitely recommend if you like a really good burger.

   I've been to a few 5 guys around the country and this was BY FAR the best. Fun and welcoming staff, delicious burgers and probably the best fries I've ever eaten. Worth the premium over the other chains

   Food is the same as in every five guys, always a great tasty meal. Drinks machine only had standard coke and fanta available and we weren't made aware at the till which was disappointing as I get the drinks from here for the variety of flavours.
