    One-Star Experience at Iceland - Avoid if Claire is Working I visited the Iceland store today around 7:40 PM and had an absolutely awful experience due to one employee named Claire. Her behavior was unbelievably rude, not just to me but also to her colleagues. It was clear she didn't want to be there, let alone assist customers. The way Claire treated me was so bad that I had to walk out without making my purchase. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store. What made it even worse was her intimidating and threatening demeanor, which ultimately forced me to seek help from another staff member who she was also very very rude to. This is not the standard I expect from a large chain like Iceland. If Claire is working, I'd recommend going elsewhere to avoid the unpleasantness.

    The luxury house special curry £3.75 I’ve just had one of these and I feel very disappointed, the beef was mainly fat, the chicken was smoked, two prawns were ok, nuf said. Won’t be buying any more of these. Absolutely rubbish.

    First time of visiting thought the priced were quite reasonable. Not just a freezer shop, sells fresh veg,fruit and meat. Also has dairy, bread ,cakes and cleaning products. The freezers had a wide range of food , from Greggs, Harry Ramsden, slimming world to ready meals, desserts, pizzas, chips to name just a few. Worth a look.

    Bought mini pork ribs in sauce small pieces of ribs but they were just chunks and the most horrible thing I have tasted, I have shopped here quite a lot and have been happy with the food but these were very bad
