The lady on the till in the cafe could have been more friendly. I am visually impaired. My first visit to the cafe. Very rude when I politely requested a cup for my coffee. It's wrong to assume I should know the layout and how the cafe operates.

We visited morrisons cafe today with my baby my mum and Nannan. We were looking forward to the fish option as my mum and nan are of pension age. However this wasn’t available and no other options were given to us. Every thing on the menu I decided to have they were unable to cook ie fish fishfingers chicken burger or normal burger and then refused to switch my rice for chips. Leaving me with three refillable drinks that I no longer needed seen as we weren’t going to purchase food. My nan and mum decided to have food since we bought drinks and the sausage and mash that came out was stale and looked like dry smash potato. The lady at the counter was rude and unapologetic. So disappointed because the store it’s self was lovely and had really helpful kind staff but the cafe was vile.

Unfortunately, the experience at Morrisons Cafe was far from ideal. Every available table was piled high with dishes left behind by previous customers, making it hard to find a clean place to sit. Staff seemed more than willing to bring out food orders, yet they ignored the dirty dishes cluttering the tables, leaving customers to fend for themselves. We had to clear and wipe down our own table with napkins just to make it usable. The ordering touch screen was just as unappealing—covered in smudges and fingerprints. A quick wipe down could easily fix this, but it was overlooked. It’s disappointing because the food itself was fantastic and definitely worthy of a five-star rating. If only the cleanliness matched the quality of the food. Take pride in your place of work!

Would be tight not to give 5 but get the trolley guy to bring small trolleys nearer store I walked right to the other end of the car park for one ended up giving it to an older lady as she looked panicked everything else fine apart from no custard donuts. Favourite supermarket chain

Mostly all self checkout tills, even for a big shop!! short dated overpriced fresh produce, not what it used to be, e.g. 3pack of trifle used to be £1, price goes up and down but always creeping up goes on special but was the price before it went up a week before, managers must think we are stupid...go elsewhere now, customer service is also poor, not enough staff and who are there don't care as they throw products on display instead of placing, when challenged, people have to eat that, just got a blank look....will only go now for some brands and that's it...

Went today. Did some Xmas shopping in store staff friendly good experience. Now the reason for my LOW score. We decided to go for full English breakfast. Not the cheapest over £13 for 2 coffees a large and small breakfast. Coffees drunk, after 30 minutes wait , I went to ask how much longer it would be, the staff member was rude, 2 minutes later our breakfasts arrived. The eggs were wrong and the meal was luke warm, then the staff came with another breakfast as they'd brought the wrong one, Refund given and will never use again.

Just nipped in for a drink and a few bits. Had plenty of fresh baked bread but very little other bread. The layout is different to the Bramley branch so i had to hunt for what i wanted. Apart from the bread and the cat food it seemed well stocked but to be honest i didn't go in to do a big shop.
