   I have ordered from here many times and food is usually nice but there was a bone in my burger and i almost choked on it and when the store was confronted over the phone they laughed and said they sell burgers with bones in on purpose and was taking the lick out of my elderly grandad on the phone.

   Food was tasty but arrived cold. Items were missing from the order but they were polite and resolved this as best they could. I can't give 5 stars because of the cold food (especially when the missing items were hot when delivered) and that I felt the almost 1 hour wait for the missing items to be delivered was excessive. Because they did offer good customer service and tasty food, I'm willing to believe it was an unfortunate one-off and would give them second try.

   Delivery under half an hour, food was still nice and hot. driver forgot our milkshake but i had a call before he even got there saying we know and hes coming back to grab it - he came back within like 5 mins and the milkshake even had this cute little holder. Great service & staff were so polite and nice :)

   Staff member rude! We ordered over the phone and asked for our order to be read back to us, guy that took our order reluctantly read back and then to be told ‘no big deal’ if I wasn’t so hungry I would of cancelled my order
