Was feeling hungry so thought I’d pop into Wasabi. Got to the door and the place was packed with only a few empty seats. So obviously I thought there wouldn’t be much food available on the shelves. But I don’t know if it’s because they know the turnover of customers is quick, but the shelves were almost full with plenty to choose from. So hats off to them for being that organised. So I got what I needed got a seat and the food was good. Would definitely go there again.

I have been to Wasabi outlet before but this one stands out. The food was great as usual but the service was even better. We were assisted by there staff Mamta who guided us on vegan options and also clarified any doubts. Overall nice spacious place and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues

All hot food gets to Wasabi already done packed in bags . Chicken katsu curry portion is a joke. First of all there are two small pieces of DRY chicken , often burnt . Prices are going up and somehow quality and quantity down. Well disappointed.

A small nook opposite Harrods Knightsbridge mall. The food disappears quick from the rack so that’s not always a good thing. I was waiting for the Katsu Chicken but it wasn’t there and not was it refilled so that was a let down. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. So if you’re in a group, I’d suggest holding down seats while someone in your party gets the food billed and collected. Note, if you order the Ramen, the hot water for it will take time. Hence, I’d suggest you give that first while your friends start to settle and get their orders in order. Alternatively, you could keep looking towards the billing counter or go up there to ask the person about your HOT ramen. Good taste good. However, it’s not the best I’ve tasted. I guess it depends on how tired and hungry you are when you step into the place. I spent a good hour walking through the streets and also Harrods mall, which worked out quite an appetite. So, not sure about the flavour ! The day was cold and it was raining, therefore, HOT RAMEN was the obvious choice. I’d suggest the chicken gyoza but the number of pieces will leave you craving for more than one portion. It’s worth the visit and they don’t mind you carrying a Starbucks drink or a Pret-a-Manger sandwich. Seating is not too comfortable, that can hamper your relaxation after a long days walk. But that’s not what the establishment is looking for, I think. It’s more of a, choose a dish-pay-have a seat-eat-leave kinda venue. Try it and form opinions for yourself is what I’d say !

Nice and cosy outlet. Pick your choice of food, pay at the counter then take a seat to eat. Toilet is clean. We had the spicy salmon handrolls and strawberry cheesecakes. Clean your table before leaving.

To be honest, I had very low expectations when I entered this place. I was afraid that food could be dry and old… and I was afraid that my stomach would suffer more than my pocket. Wrong, way wrong. Food is good, sashimi was fresh and the misu soup was acceptable. Price was very low, what was really a positive side. May get back again…

Don’t understand the negative comments. We went there on Jan 1st with my parents. Lots of products available, service was nice and friendly, the room was clean. I haven’t been for to a wasabi for 10years and the quality is still good, the chick katsu was tasty and fresh as well as the sushi. Few veggie/vegan options too. It’s. Its ok for a quick snack on the go (obviously not like Roka or Nobu) but it cost less than Prêt or mc-Donald or anywhere in this area.

The guy who was serving was so rude his Name is Robert I asked him that do you serve warm edamame’s he said you already asked the other guy why you asking again. I mean he should be fired from work and the way he was staring at me. Did not feel comfortable at all in that situation.

If I could rate the store zero, I would. I experienced racism and rude attitude by the store manager when I patronised this outlet yesterday in the evening. The manager had also dismissed us when we were asking him a question and went ahead to entertain other customers. We had to re-approach him in other to get a response to our question. Prior to approaching him, the store manager was engaged in a conversation with a lady that purchased the magic bag. It seemed like they were friends or acquaintance and I witnessed him abusing power by randomly taking a box of sushi for four and put it in the magic bag for her. If I had caught the name correctly, the manager’s name is Robert. I hope the management will take the necessary actions to review the conduct and behaviour of this manager.

Very good selection of sushi and always tasty. Sweet chilli chicken was nice spices today, sometimes it's not as hot and sometimes it is. This was a large so an extra spoon for £1.95 , worth it when you are feeling that little bit hungry. Some seating available that tends to rotate fast. Friendly staff and helpful. Many thanks
