   The place is one of your traditional small, sticky-floored, narrow isle Aldi’s, but has the most consistently happy & helpful self-checkout staff on hand than any other Aldi I’ve been too. Well done guys.

   Have Aldi decided to stop selling food? It's like a wasteland in here! Most shelves are half empty, especially fruit and veg. I thought it might be due to shortages of essentials, but had to go to Asda to finish the shop and they had stock of everything. I'll try Lidl next time. Update Aug 24. Made the mistake of coming back, fruit and veg still half full. Not impressed, are Aldi cutting costs so hard they don't have enough staff to keep the shelves stocked? This is basic retail practice - sell stuff to customers and get income. If you don't have stuff to sell, you can't make money. Update Aug 25 It's been so bad for so long now, I can only assume it is company policy. So, senior Aldi managers, your project to get rid of customers is really beginning to work! I've been a fan and advocate of Aldi for years, ever since I worked in Germany many years ago. However, your relentless drive to cut staff costs meaning the shelves are half full most of the time, and my inability to even get a bottle of skimmed milk at the weekend means that we'll be doing our shopping elsewhere! Hello Lidl!

   I shop regularly at this branch and would like to say what a great member off staff Liam on checkout is ! I watched him deal with an elderly gentleman and he was polite, calling him sir and showing great patience as he packed his trolley. His manners towards me were great too ! Keep up the great customer service Liam !

   Some lovely Christmas foods in store , floors was a bit chocker with trolleys with staff filling up the shelves but otherwise all good , had a few tills on do no need to queue for awhile.

   Great prices and selection (still silly how you have to hunt for prices). I score it so low because of the ridiculous queues at till. 1 girl on and it's always halfway up an aisle!

   Bought a feeding bowl which also weighs the weight of the food content for my brothers cat 2 days ago. Later my brother found out on the internet that melamine is poisonous for all animals and humans which the melamine is used to make the bowl. So I returned the item back to aldi for a full refund. My advice is to everyone that not to use the product as it is not safe. Therefore I ask aldi to recall the product and discontinue selling it.
