   Treisi was absolutely amazing from start to finish and honestly deserves a medal. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Not only did she help me with everything I needed, but she also introduced me to items I had never even heard of before. I went in thinking I knew what I was looking for and came out feeling like I’d attended a masterclass in “Things I Didn’t Know Existed.” Every explanation was clear, helpful, and delivered with enthusiasm — no confusion, no pressure, just brilliant guidance. What really stood out was how approachable and patient Treisi was. She answered every question (including the ones I didn’t know how to ask) and somehow made learning new things feel fun rather than overwhelming. If curiosity were a sport, Treisi would be an Olympic coach. Overall, Treisi didn’t just do her job — she went above and beyond. If everyone were half as helpful and cheerful as she is, the world would be a much nicer (and much more informed) place. Highly recommend!

   A great restaurant with hot and cold food and great choice of drinks and snacks to accompany your meal. I enjoyed my dinner during the weekday and it had a good ambiance I chose to eat in. Friendly, helpful staff and clean restaurant.

   Very affordable option for Asian cuisine lovers. At this unit we had to do our order on the tablet, pay and collect the cold food ourselves. The hot order was delivered on a counter. Loved the experience and everything looked fresh. No problems at all. They have lots of units around London.

   Since we like Asian food, we decided to have dinner at their place after visiting Lift 109. However, we were not impressed. The food was OK but somehow simple, without that something that would make you want to come back. The location, very nicely arranged, the staff OK, you can pay by card.

   This is inside Battersea Power Station. It is very clean, modern and spacious. Ordering is easy using the numerous screens and the food arrives within minutes. The food we had was very tasty. There are many vegan options to choose from.

   Food was ready instantly. Place have nice decor and space design in general. Unfortunately food is pre-made so dumplings are not freshly boiled. Bit gummy dry. Feeling was a mushy paste. Rice in the sushi was Tesco deli quality. Nothing special given the price.

   I'm actually sat here as I write this! It's my first time popping into the Itsu in Battersea Powerstation as I'm currently just on my break at work. I just wanted to share my appreciation for the experience I've had today! It's currently quite busy and I understand how stressful fast paced environments can be. I received my food surprisingly quickly! And the team member that I was served by was super friendly!

   everyone at this itsu is very friendly and helpful, such a nice team even on weekends when it’s busy! sushi is behind the counter which i personally have never been to an itsu like that but the sushi is very good (i am a white person so idk) but personally i am not a fan of their hot food. overall i enjoyed my trip !

   First visit with my daughter here was great. Fresh, very tasty and filling food, with a range of selections suitable for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Clean and beautiful place, friendly staff. Looking forward to come back.
