Love both the cafe and the shop and I come back here regularly. Food is always incredible and the staff are friendly and helpful. The shop has a wonderful selection and is top quality, especially nice for gifts or treats.

What a great place. I lived in the Oldham area for 45yrs & im visiting from abroad after 18yrs & this is the 1st time I have been. Wow what a high tea this was. Absolutely yummy & highly recommend it. A great catch up with my friend after nearly two years. Great views too. The shop is fantastic too.

Another gorgeous Sunday roast. Definitely worth a drive out for the delicious food and beautiful views. I can’t recall a time I’ve been here and left disappointed. Every meal I’ve had has been delicious, fresh, hot and excellent quality. I always follow it with a wander round the farm shop for some decent cheese, good quality meat, a gorgeous meringue & pot of clotted cream.

Went to the butchers at the shop and always really good quality. Tastes great, their sausages are meaty, you only need afew to fill you up. Burgers are generous in size and the flavour is memorable. Good value too. I do find the place expensive in the deli section. Cheese counter has eye watering prices, don't care how artisan it is. In a recession there is only so much you can pay. Pie's are very tasty. You won't waste any pastry flakes or, crumbs at their price either. Logs are good here, very good value and heavy bag. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My mum and I visited the farm shop and cafe and had afternoon tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. They provided great veggie options and it was overall delicious. You could add on a glass of Prosecco or a larger for an additional cost also. The crockery was lovely and the staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend !

The food:  Had a weekend late veg breakfast.  It was tasty and the portions were generous. I'm not a big eater so I couldn't finish it as it had (almost) two of everything: sausages, eggs, hash browns, toast, beans, a veg fritter (black pudding alternative), half a tomato and mushrooms. The smaller breakfast has one of each and would have been a better choice for me.  The price difference is around £1- £1.50 and hence easily tempting even if you're not hungry! I had a flat white with my food but it appeared to be extremely foamy like cappuccino. I reluctantly mentioned this to the girl at the till - who wasn't the same girl that had taken our order initially.  She willingly made a fresh coffee without a fuss. The staff:  Friendly and efficient. The cafe:  The cafe and the farm shop are within one building; the decor is charmingly reminiscent of a barn. Bonus: The friendly farm cat was pleasantly surprising, weaving in & out under tables, generally hanging out and even allowing a couple of pets!

I just adored this place. I took my mum to have a little look around the shop but we seen the food and decided to eat aswel. I had the cheesy cow burger, wow what a burger, delicious, whilst my mum had the soup of the day which was yummy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the cafe and shop. A great selection of produce and all reasonably priced. We grabbed a icecream on the way out which was lovely. Can't recommend this place enough. We shall be back.

Come for the views, stay for the burger. We went for lunch on a nice Saturday. The views are amazing and the food was even better. We ordered the cheesy cow burger and it was outstanding. The cheese and onion fritter just oozed melted cheese. The beef is top quality. Absolutely stuffed. Had some superb ice cream after. Rum & Raisin and espresso for me, chocolate for my wife. Will definitely be back.
