   Been using this takeaway since it opened as Paach bali and it used to be excellent but we had a really poor experience a few months ago where the food was very bland and just not worth the money. We decided to try them again yesterday and we had another bad experience and will not be using them again. We had prawn on puri and they were tiny and the puri would fit on a small saucer, it was quite bland and the prawns were also tiny. The main meals were not much better with the butter chicken was bland and the dansak didn't even have pineapple in which it has in the past (i do realise some curry houses don't add it but here has in the past). Don't know if the management of chef has changed but i can make a nicer one myself so will do so in future or travel further afield

   Ordered over £60.00 worth of food tonight, and have spent over £200 in the past as it's my favourite Indian restaurant in Lees usually. I rang up because they had sent a small tikka massala sauce instead of a large chicken tikka massala curry. I explained what had happened and was met with a man on the phone claiming he had made the curry and there was no way they had sent the wrong item. I asked if there was a way they could have left it on the side or the orders had gotten mixed up or something. Continued to say he'd made it, which I found hard to believe that a chef was also dealing with customer service calls. Told me he'd speak to his manager and then put the phone down without taking my details. I rang back about 10 mins later and the same person started shouting at me as I politely explained again what had happened, offering to send photos and was met with more aggression. I said you're implying that I'm lying, Why would I when I'm a loyal customer? I'm aware that some people do lie to get free things, but the unwillingness to even hear me out was so unprofessional and to just ignore the fact that you've taken my money and haven't delivered the service. He then put the phone down on me, he was so rude. And by the sounds of things from previous reviews they do this regularly I assume to make more money which is theft. I will never eat here again, I always recommended this place to everyone but they really don't care about their customers and as someone who has worked in hospitality for years I understand how difficult the line of work can be, but the treatment I got tonight was not only rude but illegal. Really poor.

   Had a take out Xmas eve .....not very nice tonite ...the lamb was more like beef and it was tough...chicken was cheap tasting....just not up to normal standard

   First time ordering here tonight. Very nice food. Will use again. Use their own website to save compared to just eat delivery costs, plus the restaurant get charged a fortune by just eat. Delivery driver was really polite. 10/10

   My first time order and had the food delivered. We chose Anarkali and Paach baii tasty chicken, gorgeous. The sundries tasty too. If Indian food isn’t what you are looking for, they have pizzas and burgers too. Professional and friendly voice on the other end of the phone the guy who delivered was just as friendly and polite. Reasonable prices, buy one get one free midweek and all safety precautions taken. I recommend them, don’t cook, enjoy gorgeous food delivered within the hour. This is the edited part, please be aware that the buy one get one free midweek offer was an introductory promotion for when they first opened and has since finished. I wouldn’t let that put you off because the prices are still competitive and the food amazing. I have been back many times since my first order.

   mega box was absolutely amazing! The best kebab we have ever had by far, Our son had a garlic bread with cheese and he is very fussy with them but he said it was the best one he’s ever had! Cheese burger was even better than any I’ve ever had and the medium sauce is like no other takeaways! I don’t know what makes it so special but it was beautiful!! 10/10 recommend and a good price too, we will definitely be becoming regulars here
