   Absolutely brilliant food. I’ll be going again soon. Food was piping hot and really tasty. The restaurant was empty which is sad. People should be supporting small businesses. I’ll be going again for sure.

   [FOOD POISONING] We are loyal frequent customers of this establishment for 10+ years and I have to say the last two times have been appalling! They have given multiple family members food poisoning on separate occasions, not once but twice!!! The chicken tasted in particular funky long with the other meats of choice including the prawns. This seems irrelevant as the food is always the most important aspect of any dining experience but the service was also very slow as we were made to wait 25 minutes over schedule. To conclude this review it leaves me feeling very disappointed as I said before we have used the Bay Leaf for years and it always lived up to expectations but now we won’t be using again for our own health and wellbeing.

   Ordered a take away for the first time this evening and we was not disappointed. The food was so tasty good portions and the best meat we have had. Cooked to perfection so nice to have a take away and enjoy it as I usually have one and feel disappointed from other places. This is a new find for us and will for sure be returning again now we have found it well done bay leaf sensational flavours!!!!!

   We visit every few months to see our mother in law and every time we have ordered from the bay leaf it’s just a solid 10/10. I never usually do reviews but I feel this place deserves it! The dishes are full of flavour, fresh and done to perfection! Thank you for a wonderful meal, we will definitely be ordering next time we are in Oldham.

   Guys you were really poor tonight - thought we’d give you a try as we are based in Dobcross- Valentine’s Day after a walk , Arrived 5-45 meat samosa lacking meat - popadom Nice enough Curries never arrived after 45 minutes after starter / no staff on hand ( all upstairs?) Restaurant freezing - no one else in. Clearly you target take away rather than restaurant - can’t think of a reason to ever come back - can think of a few not to Had a decent meal / service at old bell Sorry :(

   Our Morris Club had a delivery for 9 from here on Rushcart Saturday. The food was poor. None of the containers were labelled. The contents were a mystery. Most of it went to landfill which is a terrible waste. We will go elsewhere next time.

   We ordered drinks from here-like we have numerous times before, however this time the delivery driver turned up at my door with a rude attitude almost angry at us, telling us that next time our card will be blocked if we don’t have a minimum order of £10, he kept repeating himself in a continuously rude manner. Just to clarify on JusEat it clearly states that there is £0 delivery fee and NO minimum order.
