   Tried this place after a long hike and was pleased I tried it , plenty of choices on tap and my favourite inches cider which I enjoyed 4 pints of , very friendly locals who made it feel very welcoming and a very nice women who was serving Behind the bar again she was very friendly, also had football to watch on two televisions with the choice of different games to pick from ,I will definitely be calling in again when I’m Passing through.

   Good pub, great landlady too. Everything is clean and tidy, just as it should be. Darts, pool and beer, it’s a dream of a place. Great outside areas to the front and side allow you to sit in the sun all afternoon. Special mention to Graham behind the bar, he brings charm to the place
