Sunday dinner was amazing! Great kids menu. We sat outside and itβs a lovely spot to eat next to the river and trees.

We did the saturday bottomless brunch. The chicken skewers starter was gorgeous and the prawn linguine was delicious. Really good value for the money, Amy and Connor were lovely and always made sure our glasses were full! Lovely atmosphere and setting, would recommend to anyone.

Very, very, very slow service and if that wasn't bad enough there was no interest in the customers at all! It wasn't busy either. Food was overcooked and bland. The calamari was rubbery and bland. The duo of Pork was barely edible and the sea bass was supermarket bought fillets that were again, overcooked and ridiculously small. 5.85 for a side of Asparagus, you guessed it, overcooked and bland and 4 tips was all we got. Massively overpriced. No staff checked wether we were happy with our food, no apologies for forgetting parts of our order and 145 quid down the drain. Tried talking to staff about these issues but they're not interested.

We loved the food and the place itself but it was incredibly noisy. We struggled to hear each other. Perhaps some absorbent materials could be used on the wall and the ceiling. The food was enjoyable ( although the salmon portion was tiny but our growing teen had a starter to add calories ) and the staff was very attentive to dietary requirements

Many things to dislike about the evening and not a lot to like. The service was acceptable but we were the only customers in the place having a meal. Ordered a bottle of Shiraz and asked if we wanted low alcohol or normal. We asked for the normal and when the bill came it was Β£44.50! The Crab and Prawn linguine had no prawns or crab in it. The cost, in general, wasn't quite up to the quality of the meals. There was a Service charge on the bill of Β£28, this wasn't glaringly obvious from the menu. When we left there was no 'Thank you for coming' in fact we were ignored. Two men sat a the bar, which looked like the Chefs, one of which was smoking. We won't be troubling them any time in the future. The Norfolk, on the other corner, is far superior.

Nice food, great location. Car park which is useful. Parking for around 10 or more vehicles. Waiting staff friendly, although we did have to prompt the waitress a few times, she seemed to forget we were there. Calories displayed on the menu if your watching your weight. A pleasant experience over all, but not in a massive rush to return. Oh, and a nice outdoor seating area at the rear of the property.

We went for Sunday lunch and it was really good! Lovely decor, good services especially from our waitress Rosie! We will be back. They have a lovely outside terrace overlooking the river too!

Second time visiting and loved it again! Really recommend to anyone, the menu is great too! I went for the chicken roast (Sunday) portions are generous and really tasty! My partner and I ended up staying longer than expected and we both thoroughly enjoyed it! We were looked after by Charlotte & Naomi, both friendly and lovely ladies. Iβll definitely be returning, what a lovely pub lunch! :)

Lovely pub/restaurant. Very friendly staff and the food is fab. The crispy duck salad was especially tasty! We had lunch out in the garden - beautiful setting overlooking the river. So peaceful and picturesque.
