   Went with friends for a Christmas meal. Food was amazing, had a pre Christmas drink with it which was a lovely surprise. The staff were all lovely, very friendly & attentive. The decorations were beautiful. Overall we had a really lovely evening. Would highly recommend.

   Had a lovely light lunch here this week. Such a great pub - decor, staff, everything was top notch and very comfortable. I’m coeliac and they had a really well-labelled gf menu and helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend!

   I visited the Crown this evening for the Santa photo shoot and for dinner afterwards. The food was gorgeous and the management and staff went above and beyond.    We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Crown Hawk Green on December 1st, 2025, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From start to finish, the team made us feel completely comfortable and well looked after, nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond everything we asked for, and their attention to detail helped create a day we’ll never forget. The hospitality was incredible; you could truly feel how much they cared about making our wedding perfect. Every moment ran smoothly, and they pulled everything together beautifully to create a truly memorable day. And the food… wow! From the canapés to the dessert, everything was absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about how good it all was. We honestly couldn’t recommend The Crown Hawk Green enough. They exceeded every expectation and helped make our special day unforgettable. Thank you all so much.

   Well like to say we had are wedding here on the 08,08,25 and what a fantastic day we had i arrived first got to look around and what a lovely place and it made my wedding easier from been in summer we thought could of done with air conditioning because it was very hot from the ceremony to sitting down to eat to fantastic food could of done with a little more service with the food coming out just felt a little slow because by the time half the guest had food the other half was finished. And afterwards the outside area was very nice big tables where you can have your drink. And we have the bacon butties in the evening was very nice.

   Lovely pub with lots of tables and seating. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food (I had the cheese, onion, and mustard pie with chips and mushy peas for main course and the sticky toffee pud with custard for afters). There was no dark or mid brown be choice on pump which was a bit disappointing, all the pumps were pale or golden ales or IPA. I therefore went for a glass of Chilean merlot which was tasty.

   Excellent, the cleanliness of the whole place is second to none, you know your on to a good thing with nice clean fresh menus. Staff really attentive and polite. We had five different meals and all were very good, we're looking forward to going back. Would definitely recommend. Well done and thank you.

   Nice relaxed dining pub with space for families and several sections giving that "plenty of space" feel. Excellent food. Just as great service today fir Sunday lunchtime family meal.
