Always a warm welcome. Regular changing ales including a lot of local/regional ones as well as your staple lagers and craft beers. Great wine selection too. The street food on a Thursday night is nice too. Pool table and genial atmosphere!
Lovely atmosphere, affordably priced, quality selection of beers and spirits. Hosts a lot of community activities and they also have guest outdoor caterers, although I'm yet to try that.
A jazz band was playing at the front and there were tables in the sun. Great community ownership and nice range of ales: Timothy Taylor's was a featured beer that afternoon. Stalls outside selling food and sweet stuff. All making an excellent atmosphere

Great to see a community takeover result in a successful and clearly popular pub right here in Marple Bridge. Great selection of ales and what looks like a decent range of events. We shall be back for the street food sometime in the future, hopefully.
