    I am not a Sushi aficionado, the few experimental incursions I had always left me at a "meh!" level, but that didn't stop me to keep trying and I have to say that this was a successful one. Order it through an app as "surprise bag" so not sure what I would get. Arrived there, wait few minutes and for a very reasonable price the friendly staff handed me a scrumptious selection of Sushi, really well presented and absolutely DEEEEE-LICIOUS, perfect balance between quality (really fresh fish) and quantity (one of the few times where I felt actually full, after having a tray of Sushi) So glad to have this as a local source of goodness. I'll be back!!!!! R.V.

    Dears, I received the order with 20 min delay and mochi strawberry and mochi vanilla were just 2 pieces instead of 3 as stated in the menu and ordered, I asked support through the application of the store and they don t care

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I made the order directly through the website. (order number 9766289) I made a mistake on the online order. I called the restaurant straight away to let them know that the dish that was order by mistake was a prawn dish. I have a shell fish allergy which I stressed a few times. The guy on the phone was rude pretty much from the beginning. He stressed that the line was bad and naturally I spoke slightly louder. He then shouted that he couldn't help me and if I wanted a refund for that item I needed to go through the website. If I hadn't already paid for the order and was starving by then I would have never dealt with these guys by this point. I was supposed to collect the order at 41 minutes past the hour. I was there on time, my partner went in to the shop to collect our order. When she told the guy our order number he said to her "Are you sure you didn't already collect this. I just gave your order to another couple". Somehow a couple ordered our exact same order with no order he gave our food to them. My partner then asked for the manager or the names of any one of the guys in the shops name and they all refused. We got the food home and was appalled by the quality. We ordered 2 Chicken Teriyaki's, and spring rolls. I had an allergic reaction from the food from these guys. I have tried time and time again to speak to the manager at the shop. I've been palmed off time and time again. I've left my number nobody has called me back. Everyone has refused to give me a name. Literally the worst take away experience of my life. I've had no mention of a refund for the prawn dish that I didn't get let alone even an acknowledgement of the allergic reaction.!! AVOID!!! I have now contacted Trading Standards to investigate these guys instead of wasting anymore energy trying to deal with these guys.
