   I rang up prep to go as I felt I wanted a healthy takeaway. Having never been I rang and the lad on the phone explained the full menu, what I could choose and what I could add to my order to bespoke my meal. He was friendly and informative. He also asked how far away I was and he would prep everything ready for me to turn up and go. After a full day at work this was great. Chicken was lovely, steak was bang on also. It's refreshing to be asked if I'd like broccoli and carrots with my order. It's exactly what I had in mind for a healthy takeaway. And the portion size is massive!! I'll definitely be back.

   I really feel for these guys because they do a great job and the food is amazing but I can't see it lasting with the prices. I know it's good quality and better for you but realistically, it's £11.50 for a little prep box or £5.00 for a kebab or pizza next door. When people go out for dinner during work they don't wanna be spending that much when there are much cheaper options. Like I said it's a shame because it's great stuff but way too over priced for dinnertime at work lol

   Came here for lunch today for the first time and thought it was fantastic. The gentleman, who I presume is the owner, is very friendly and welcoming, and is clearly enthusiastic towards his business. The food was very tasty, and was prepared in an efficient time and manner. The price is a bit more than your average lunch spot, however it is because all the food is very fresh and tasty, so you definitely get value for money. Will definitely be returning, and a special shout out for the business owner for making a first time customer feel so welcome in his business.
