   Really dont know what has happened to freddys! It used to be great. Now the food tastes different, the gravy is like water and thats if you even get your order. When you tick 'no lettuce' on both burgers, then write in the comments 'please check the order because it was wrong last time' then the food arrives with the wrong burger and both have lettuce, and it tastes horrible! Freddys has gone downhill so much and I used to order very regular.

   This place is the most disgusting place ever. In the corner there are a dead rat and the whole place stinks and the wait is to long. In general the place is 1 stars. I wouldn't recommend coming here .

   Horrible service! We only got half of our food! Then when we called up to tell them we got half our food and we had paid for the other bit they decided to be dead rude and put the phone down we had to call on another device to get them to talk. We had to wait in total around 2 hours for all of the food! Not the best service Freddy! Anyways food was not that bad! Just better because we was starving at a sleepover! Do better Freddy!

   My kids love the chicken and pizza so i order from here food nice bit everytime i order off the app they always miss my drinks and when i ring they play dumb have complained but nothing back of them like i said the kids love the chicken and pizza or i wouldnt order from there has the service is bad.

   Food is either too dry or too greasy and it's not uncommon to find long black hairs in your food. Twice in two months. Wear hairnets or don't work with food. Disgusting and deserve the low hygiene rating.Refunds aren't allowed though.....

   Amazing food and service. Incredibly friendly staff and delicious pizzas and burger meals. 10/10 recommend for family night ins and not too expensive either. Definitely be ordering again.

   Ordered 2 16" pizza's and when I got home I thought they both looked a little small so I measured them and not around 14". This has happened before when ordering a 16" so be aware. Won't be ordering again

   really do wish they had waited for their "grand opening" until they were ready, tradesmen were still in the shop getting it ready, my friend had to settle for a standard chicken burger as they had no others in stock. The main reason I love the freddys chain is because of the signature fries imagine the devastation when it was plain old fries! I do hope this was just a first day thing, however the staff were really nice and friendly and the shop looked good, there is a step so bare in mind if you have a wheelchair. There is no parking at the shop so I recommend parking on a side street and walking round
