   Ordered 2 burgers and three biscoff sundaes. Sundaes were cups of icecream with some sprinkled biscoff crumbs on top and a bit of caramel sauce on top and in the middle. Definitely not as described on website and Definitely not worth £7 each. Not the first time like this. Won't be ordering again.

   Its made me feel very ill. The beuno cheesecake tasted horrible , the biscuits were stale,tasted and smelt like spoiled milk, the beuno was like soggy cardboard. Also the chicken tenders were soggy and were smaller than my big toe.

   Made an order for delivery and realised I’d made a mistake. Called shakes and bakes 20 mins later thinking it’d be too late and they were happy to amend the order for me. Really lovely staff who work there, just genuine people. Desserts are always 10/10, sweet diner is our go to most weekends!!

   Ordered a few things and was not too bothered about delivery time but was just wanting to make sure it was on its way and the person over the phone was very polite and explained the delay. And also sent an extra cookie dough with the order even though they didn't need to. Amazing customer service and very good business that cares for customers

   I Ordered a Dona box last night which I have previously ordered before and enjoyed. My order was very late and then this is what I received to say I was disappointed is a understatement Dona slapped on a burger bun with loads of hot sauce. I checked my ordered to see if I had ordered something else by mistake and no I hadn’t and what they sent me isn’t on the menu. Make it make sense!

   Only ordered from here once and it was a mistake! True to form based on some of the other reviews I have seen. Took 2 hours to arrive, when it did no surprise the food was freezing not even a bit warm. The fat from the burger was already starting to set in the foil, whilst the burger bun had disintegrated. Boneless chicken wings also cold, joining the burger in the bin. The cake was OK at best, advertised as a cheesecake but it's really a jar with a few bits chucked in with a £6 price tag. Never again, keep looking for somewhere else, save yourselves!

   Amazing food from here definitely alot better than Archies the burger was so tasty and juicy and the milkshakes are out of this word 10/10 top quality food, milkshakes
