Very disappointing and frustrating to place an order on their website only to get a text 40 mins later to say they can't complete our order as they're too busy! Won't bother with them again
This once amazing fast food place, now has fallen. The restaurant changed hands, now all they provide is inedible food, unreliable delivery, and terrible customer service. The old owners were polite and always happy, this is no longer the case. They now make you feel like you are a burden. I used to order from here basically every week. I no longer go here, infact look at the reviews on just eat, since the change the reviews dropped. Just plain bad now. You're lucky if they don't drop your food, then lie about it, I couldn't bealive it.
Been coming for a few years now and they do the best spicy chicken burger and chips I highly recommend this place Edit: iv come to order tonight and the menu has changed I don't see any spicy chicken burger meal anymore I'm not happy about that.
This was the first time I ordered something from here and it was worth it the food was amazing and the driver was really kind, I will definitely recommend it.
Terrible service from this place. Driver started banging on the door at 2.30am. No common sense or regard for anyone else sleeping. Woke up people in the house and neighbours on both sides. When I asked him why he's knocking so loud he started getting aggressive. Here's a suggestion... ring the customer, send them a message and then if there's no answer leave the food at the door or take it back... it's been paid for already! There's 100 ways to handle the situation. Punching someone's door isn't one of them!! I'll be posting the cctv video on Facebook at some point.
I order here often, usually late at night. Food is good, would recommend the chicken wings and chicken burger as they are amazing. Good when ordering through just eat, but calling up... Simply put, sub-par service. I got many of my orders rejected when I call in, but when I order through just eat they still deliver. Don't know what to say... .Just a heads up, if you call you'll rarely get an answer. Avoid the Donner, I think it might be bucket Donner that is heated up as it's super dry and fairly hard. Trash, Avoid this place like the plague.
Really tasty boneless meal, dips are fit and food is always hot even though we're a bit far away. Plus its open super late every night, cant fault it! Garlic bread has no right being as nice as it is
I ordered a family meal with 2 lots of BBQ beans and gravy. The gravy was thick n sloppy and had a funny smell to it... also the beans tasted rank. The chicken breast was pretty naff and more ligaments than meat. The chips were cold and had no taste to them at all. I knew there was something off when a white man said hope you enjoy your meal in his monotone voice. Iād have more chance of enjoying a funeral.
