Ordered via Deliveroo. Local Prestbury Thali not available on Deliveroo so ordered Poynton Thali. Food was amazing and delivered on time … definitely recommend and will use again
Wow! We went at Sunday lunchtime and had one of the express Thali's. The food was gorgeous and the service was great. We'll definitely be coming back!
Food was good but I felt the service was lacking here. We were stuck in a corner, other diners who came after us were served before us and just the general vibe from the manager/owner made us feel unwelcome. Also, the wait time for food was a bit longer than I would expect for a smaller restaurant that wasn’t at full capacity by any means at the time we visited. Shame really as the food was of a good standard and we would have gladly come back again, had the service been better.
An absolutely gorgeous restaurant, beautiful decor and the friendliest staff. Really helpful with Thali first-timers and offered us lots of advice and help with deciding. The food was totally out of this world the best Indian street food since our last visit to Goa. All dishes were full of flavour and so well spiced. I cannot wait to visit again and am already planning my next Thali. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
Food is average, drinks are okay but overally priced. Nice floral décor with an outside shelter area. Service was also good, however we were the only ones there so can't comment during busy hours. Parking is FREE after 6.30pm on the front main road. Worth visiting if you are craving for a nice spicy Indian curry. If you are driving within the Peak District area or staying at the Shrigley Hall Hotel it's only a 11 minutes drive into Poynton.
Lovely atmosphere and decor but the real gem of this place is the food...absolutely amazing!
