Awful, Del said upto 6:50, arrived 7.35? Phoned after 7:00, 3 times, surprise, surprise rings n rings goes to voice mail... No reply to my update requests via Uber either? Or phone call back, Not a busy evening just a Thursday? Clearly do not deserve your custom. Food not accepted & returned. Shame if they'd have phoned & explained / apologised, offered a discount, shown they care about the customer, I would have in this instance accepted the situation. As is I'll never order again, no drama lesson learnt eh!

I know when people complain they add bits to make it sound worse. But there really is no nice things to say about the takeaway I've just received. We ordered an hour before closing , food arrived. It was warm, chips had clearly been microwaved as they was like rubber and potato very dry inside, poppadoms soft, salad was dry like it had Been left out of fridge, everything was over spiced so you couldn't taste, dry sheesh kebab on our mixed starter and also the lamb had the biggest fat vein running through the two chunks we had, the chicken inside the curry was rock hard and unedable. The only nice thing was the rice and sauce of curry. Safe to say we got what was left over as they must of been rushing to close early. I won't be ordering again or dining inside . Going to bed with no tea! Disappointing...!!

Poor quality of packing food, and the taste was average. We were waiting for the food more than an hour to get it delivered. Not recommended for people who like indian food.

The Nobin (through Deliveroo) unfortunately failed on the holy trinity of service for all restaurants: > Our order was 1 hour 15 minutes late > Food was barely warm > And items were missing! Apparently, the restaurant had delivery driver issues that night however from ordering at 19:10 and receiving the order (well most of it) at 21:35 it left a sour taste. In fairness Fardin did try to communicate the problem proactively, but a call 25 minutes AFTER we were meant to receive the food was not the best start. Throughout the stories about what was happening seemed to get muddled over time so I will put it down they were very busy, and we were paying for it. Never usually leave 1/5 reviews but after taking the time to very rationally explain the next day how bad the service was, I was offered: "Next time you order we will throw in some poppadom’s and chutney...."

I'm not normally one for complaining but on this occasion I feel like I have to. I placed an order at the weekend through Just Eat (my 1st time using this method) and was informed that the estimated delivery time was 8pm, okay a 90 min wait which I could just about live with. As it turned out we waited 2 hours which I find totally unacceptable, the restaurant is a mile and a half away from where I live. When the meal arrived it was missing the onion Bhajis that we ordered. Rang the restaurant and was told we could knock it off our next meal, err I don't think so. I stated we wanted them with our meal but apparently they were very busy and would deliver them as soon as possible, I'm still waiting 2 days later. Thinking things couldn't get any worse we plated our meals, well things did. The garlic supreme I ordered was supposed to have "extensive use of garlic".....hmm, I think the chef, and I use the word chef loosely, forgot to add the garlic and the meal was not a good experience. My wife had a rogan josh, well a child's sized portion anyway as the carton was only two thirds full at best. We also ordered a garlic nan and a peshwari nan, both which were so bland we thought they were just plain nan's. A nightmare experience which spoilt our night, we won't ever use the Nobin again, there are far superior restaurants in the area with better customer service. If I could have given no stars I would have done so.

Yes I ordered that curry too much salt , then I received another curry too sweet , too much sugar should have been honey, not sugar. Your driver had to come out with another curry, not my fault you mixed up the salt pot with sugar, and yes the chicken was too dry , it had been reheated too many times. I will NEVER order from you again. A very disappointed customer Colette
