The food was edible, but not restaurant-level. Everything was very simple and the dishes were nothing special.
We have been coming here over 20 years ! It’s in our history! The customer service is amazing! Some staff have been there over 20 years now that’s loyalty not many places can brag about that ! The pasta & pizzas are cooked to perfection! Always book in advance as it gets very full quickly! Great for weddings parties ! Summer time is beautiful the doors open over the lake ! It’s a must try if you like real authentic Italian food ! Very family oriented a great day out or evening! Very romantic as well for couples!
#RecommendedbySollyDj. This review is by an Indian guy who loves spicy food but can mange to eat and enjoy all kinds of food. Went with a group of 8 on 01/12/2023. 1. Food was really good. 2. Good selection of drinks 3. Service was very good and the waiters knew their menu and made good recommendations. 4. Loved the desserts. 5. Wine tasted good because the rooms were maintained warm despite -4 degrees outside. I would recommend the steak with peppercorn sauce. The pastries in the desserts was lovely. My colleague said that the Ferraro Roche was better than sex and mind you.. she is Italian. The lemon dessert is for you if you don’t like it too sweet. Location feels remote and slow down and find the parking which is ample.
This is the best italian restaurant in the area. The service is fab and the food. Most of the staff have been there a long time which shows they are treated right. One of the staff members stands out, Claire she is super friendly and fantastic at her job, thank you for always making us feel welcome.

Very nice restaurant, but very busy, think it was a full house! Staff still attentive and helpful, food was good, but have had better calamari. Would visit again, when quieter.

Amazing Italian food with a beautiful terrace view overlooking Crime Lake in Daisy Nook. Everything was so tasty, been here twice and will be back many more times. We recommend the courgette fries and profiteroles :)
