I stopped by on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out faster than I expected. Easily my new go-to spot.
Every time I buy the meat box without rice or nudels but today at this shop or find they say that they don't give it, it's not fair and normal for them to do that, as long as other stores offer this opportunity, the guys tonight are not the smartest and most correct. Disgusting!!!!!!!!
I had ordered online 2 weeks ago. One of the two dishes had gone off. I only realised this after the kids had has few spoons. I called the Bromley branch numerous times and it went unanswered. I emailed the customer service team the same day and haven’t heard from anyone yet. I doubt I ever will. Never going back. Utterly disgusting to have the place still running in such bad state.
This is essentially a chicken shop masquerading as a sushi shop. Think discoloured fish and avocado, smelly edamame and misshapen sushi, butchered with blunt knives. I ordered 2 boxes of the salmon sushi and the quality is so low, it all went straight in the bin. Pointless trying to get a refund as Deliveroo makes this pretty much impossible. If you have any self-respect, do yourself a favour and avoid this place
I order once a week and usually love the food (hence why i order once a week lmao), but recently food has been cold (even for delivered food, i don’t live far) and they have TWICE forgotten the curry sauce for my meal that is essential. Also nobody picked up the phone either time!!!

Have been coming to Kokoro Bromley for years - eating inside, at their chairs and tables out-front and getting deliveries - and there is a lot to like about it. Really tasty food - the tofu katsu curry most of the time is sensational, there are lots of hot options, sushi and cans of pop. They have very friendly staff and it’s good value. The downsides are sometimes the curry sauce for the katsu is watery, there can be long waits for food occasionally and the seating isn’t as nice as it used to be (before the pandemic it was much nicer to eat indoors here) and the levels of cleanliness on the tables and floor could be markedly improved. I will keep coming back though - thanks!
Generous quantity of food and great fast service. Everything tastes lovely. We have tried 4 toppings in non veg till now and all of them are so good!
Quick Japanese Bite. Clean and simple food. This review is for the Seven Oaks new location. Spicy Chicken and Sweet Chicken were excellent
