   I dont understand why your prices are so extortionate. I visited yesterday and had a burger , fries and a drink. Nineteen pounds. Surely to to theaverage person that is very unreasonable. The food was nice, but I got it in a torn brown bag . When I ordered nobody told me where to fill my drinks up, which side of the counter I need to collect from. I was given. No order number so a man was shouting a number from the other side of the counter and I had to ask if it was mine. The whole experience was terrible and the price just made me think I had been ripped off. Never ever again. The food was ok but not worth the price by a long way.

   The best burger you’ll have. Returning customer and everyone says the same. Is expensive at £7-12 for a burger but it is worth it, the milkshakes are unreal too. Usually get the medium chips to share which is more than enough. Would recommend the grilled cheese too as that is also very nice. Pricey but this won’t be beaten for Americanised food. Store has 100’s of parking spots as it is on a massive retail park

   Wow wow wow, this five guys is unbelievable!!! My girlfriend and I visited this evening, she has quite complex dietary needs. The member of staff we were served by (Lawrance) offered a premium service and help her understand all the potential allergens on the menu.

   I had a great experience at Five Guys! The food came out very quickly and was fresh and delicious. The staff were really friendly, and Cedric in particular was extremely helpful. Since it was my first time trying the Five Guys menu, he took the time to explain it and help me choose. Excellent service and tasty food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

   My go-to place when I crave proper burger. Yes, you pay extra, but it's always so satisfying and level or two above McD or BK. Perfect after night out! Great milkshakes too!

   I don’t think I’ve ever had a disappointing trip to Five Guys! This venue in particular is really well situated by lots of amenities and away from the busier locations such as Trafford Centre and the Arndale. You can’t go wrong with a double bacon cheese burger and a milkshake! Delicious every time and I have to say, worth the price tag for the amount of fries you get alone and what ever they do to their bacon…magic

   Looks expensive but is quite filling. Double burger and small fries was a bit too much so I would have single plus fries or double on its own. Flavour was a bit lost because I had too many incompatible toppings. Think some simple formulas would help.

   Went in for my first visit to a Five Guys and honestly was underwhelmed, prices were extortionate and the burgers had no taste and bacon was more like charcoal. However, the fries were fine and the milkshake was tasty. Unfortunately will not visit again because of both price and taste. Plenty of other good establishments very close by e.g. Frankie and Benny's and TGI. As a side note don't store Potatoes and Oil where customers eat not very professional.

   I loved the establishment. The food was freshly made to order and the staff was friendly and helpful. I suggest you order your fries “Well done” as I did and they were so crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You have to have them with Cajun seasoning as it truly elevates the taste. As for the price being super expensive I would say it’s worth it for the fries and burger, but not the milkshake. The milkshake didn’t stand out above any other fast food place. I had to remove a star as I was sat outside eating my meal and there was no waste facilities to put my trash. I do however recommend this place and it’s easy to get here by car, tram and bus
