   Had a few issues tonight, but I didn’t complain but the staff were that efficient and on the ball that the manager sat down and spoke to me gaining constructive feedback… He was superb and professional and clearly cared ! Some improvements needed re the menu , but Shane and the staff were fantastic. Well done Shane. - very impressive as a manager myself - I have a good feeling that this place is going to go from strength to strength !! Good old fashioned face to face conversations I will visit again :)

   The staff at this branch were amazing from start to finish. They took our order promptly, the food came out quickly and they were very polite and attentive throughout. I had an issue with my voucher but the manager Shaun sorted it out straight away without any hesitation. I will definitely be going back much better than the other local branch at the Moss.

   Wed never been to Franky & Benny’s before, so wasn’t sure what to expect. It was actually really nice! The food was super tasty, my husband’s Christmas burger was particularly amazing, and good choice for kids. Service was also excellent - slight hiccup with our drinks that was very swiftly rectified - other than that, we were exceptionally well looked after by the team. They particularly made our son feel very welcome, he can be a bit of a handful, but all the staff were great with him and trended what we thought might be a difficult dinner time into a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

   Amazing experience as soon as we walked into the restaurant! Really pleasant atmosphere and it wasn't too busy either. Waiters we're marvelous, if they wore name tags I'd reference them here. Our main eaiter was a guy with short hair and glasses and he was really personable and just a nice guy. Same with our other waiter, both were great with kids around the place and were quite the multitaskers! Definitely come here again, we are leaving a tip! ❤️

   Decided to go for breakfast with my partner & 14 Yr old son today and was very impressed to be honest. Had 2 Big Breakfast and my son had breakfast wrap and chocolate Banana Pancakes. We all had a drink and it came to £42. The food was lovely and the service was great. Thank you

   I Love Frankie & Benny's Denton. The staff are nice & the food is lovely if not a little overpriced. I had the dirty dog hot dog it was £12.30 with fries it was lovely but a little expensive. I would recommend this place if you would like to treat yourself.

   Food delivered cold and uncooked. Also ask for fruit pot to have no banana in as my child allergy to them and as you can see not Listened. When spoke Marcus the manager very rude just said get a refund then.
