   Not the best experience the place seemed dirty it looked like weeks worth of dust. We were sat right away even though they were busy however i received my main and my friend did not. I finished my main and she still had not received her food. One member of staff had come over to check everything was okay and when we said we hadn’t received our other main he just said ‘oh okay do you want me to take this’ and removed the empty plate from the table and did nothing about our lack of food. We waiting another 5 minutes then asked another member of staff, she didn’t seem to care and said she would go check. Still nothing 45 minutes after ordering ! Not happy and I won’t be returning to this location.

   Came here for lunch today with my husband and son. Food was lovely and fresh. The customer service we received was 10/10 from all members of staff. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

   Visited here on a Thursday at 6pm and the place was extremely busy, we got a table straight away and ordered our usual, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and you know what you’re getting with Nando’s, we did have to wait 30 minutes for our food but the place was almost full and people waiting for tables, would recommend.

   On arrival we were told 60% of the menu was out of stock. All we could order chicken wise was the butterfly. Me and my partner both got one with sides. As the food arrived a server came over asking if we were done with our sauces so she could take the lids to clean while holding a blue dishwasher tray over our food. We hadn’t even picked up our cutlery yet and they weren’t closing for an hour and a half. As we cut into our chicken we saw it was undercooked towards the centre. We work in the food industry we understand. My partner took them back and they said they would remake. A server came back over and said nothing was wrong with them at all but we could either have a refund for them or wait 30 minutes because all the chicken was still frozen. She was extremely rude considering the chicken was undercooked which is why I took photos as you can clearly see. Place seems disorganised and wasn’t the only food we saw being sent back while we were there along with people complaining about wait times.

   Ordered online to pick up. It was really simple and they gave me the exact time to collect. I ordered but then went in to change the spice to peri flamer as it’s not actually on the menu list but should be… it delicious (hot and bbq marinade) Unfortunately they were out of quite a few sauces and marinades the lovely gentleman at the front desk was really accommodating and let me know straight away I returned about 20mins later to collect - The food was nice and hot but they did forget the butter for my corn and the napkins I ordered medium wings (well done) Peri peri chips Corn Overall food was cooked great was nice and hot but let down by not having my fave marinade for the wings

   Came in around 21:30 on 31st January for some takeaway and was greeted by some lovely staff even though they were about to close soon. Food was good and service was even better, especially from Annabelle and another staff member with pink hair, who got everything for me and went the extra mile for hot sauce.

   Came here on my own for tea around 4.30pm as my car was being serviced in a nearby garage. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was shown to my seat where it was explained I could order through an app by scanning the QR code on the table. This I did. The food came quickly was was hot and fresh with great flavours. The restaurant was clean and the decor and music was nice. I would come back again.

   Food was snappy and arrived quickly. The app ordering is certainly easier and more convenient than waiting in a queue of people who’ve forgotten what their family and friends actually asked for! It’s a nice place but does have a bit of a canteen vibe, a bit noisy and there’s dust everywhere as the decorations are so high none of the staff seem to reach. That or they’re too small to see it’s dusty to begin with, I hate being 6ft 8 sometimes!
