   We called for a delivery, asked about gluten free and dairy free options - he then replied with verbal abuse. We called back, and received more abuse, with excuses that the line was bad. When I said that we would put a bad review on, he replied with "what will that achieve?" So rude!! We'll never buy from there again. You've just lost an order that would have probably come to over £100!

   Ordered from here last night get the weather was bad and expected delays. Waited an hour and half before calling for an update. They told us they had not started cooking the order yet and there was two orders before ours to be cooked so we asked for it to be cancelled. They have told uber they had already cooked the order when we cancelled and we shouldn’t be refunded. The food has always been below bang average but to pay for something we never got it’s scummy will never order from here again simple as

   UPDATED REVIEW - I had previously given this place a 5* review and spent over £50 per month there but I now refuse to buy anything else from Oasis and will spend my money elsewhere! I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. In the last month, I have been 6 times to the restaurant but after today, I will never go again. I placed an order for delivery (4 orders delivered in the past month) and they had the nerve to phone me to tell me that I lived too far to deliver (even though it accepts it on their website) and it was up to me to phone their website operator to get a refund. Even when they realised who they were speaking to they refused the delivery. It just shows you that being a loyal customer for over 30 years means nothing to them and that is why I will NEVER order from Oasis again. It's such a shame as the owner Zak is a really nice guy but you do not treat loyal customers that way!

   Took a hour and 20mins for delivery ordered at 11 10pm didn't arrive till 12 40 am. Food was only aired very disappointed. Not worth the money . Will not be delivering from there again

   disgusting. food was cold. ordered a delivery for takeout and a jam roley with custard. instead they dropped off a small cheesecake (cost less as well) and I only noticed after I unpacked. I called them up and said they gave me the wrong order they said they didn't have the jam roley with custard so gave the cheesecake instead. I requested for a refund and got told to go all the way to their shop to pick it up because they're too busy to come and drop the refund.as the delivery driver only left 2 mins from the phone call. never ordering from there again!

   Been here before and usually pretty good. Chips nice, chicken was ok. Kebab was greasy and very pale meat. Coleslaw tasted vinegary and off. And then we had desert, which had mold on it, only noticed half way through. Rang and said it shouldn't be been in fridge, was thinking but how long for lol. Got refund off the desert, but never going again felt like such a waste of money for us all, food definitely gone downhill
