   I have given this place so many chances to sort the quality of their cooking out and I've had it now. The chicken breast is cooked so much its dry and hard and its inedible. You can't chew it. The bread, pitta or burger buns are always microwaved so they are either soggy and falling apart or rock hard. I have asked them many times to stop over cooking and microwaving everything. It's disgusting and lazy and a rip off.

   Used to be great. Had a fall out as they took my order to the wrong house and tried to give it me cold 1 hour later and now won’t refund me as they say I have to do it online however there is no option it says call the restaurant. Thick drivers have one job to deliver food to the right door but it appears way to difficult as this is not this first time as we order weekly!

   Food hasn't turned up... waited an hour and fifty minutes for the food, before, calling to see if it was out for delivery. They said yes. Thirty five minutes after delivery still not turned up. Called several time and got no answer. Absolutely disgraceful service.

   Delivery slightly late, My notes explained buzzer doesn't work. Delivery driver didn't read, was very rude shouting at the car park and woke up my neighbours. Called the takeaway, staff was apologetic. Very shocked at his behaviour, we do not want to see him here again. Food was ok.

   Hubby just ordered party bucket from here and I have to say... best chicken shop around!!!! Portion sizes are really good, fresh, crispy chicken, hot when arrived, excellent price compared to other places. Will be our regular chicken place from now on. Not a single thing to moan about!!!

   Food quality has diminished over the last couple of years. When we 1st started ordering from here, the food was amazing, but the last couple of orders have not been nice. Fries have arrived cold and chewy, and the taste of the fried chicken is getting worse. Also, unless we actually state, in the order comments, for someone to check the order before despatch the order is generally incorrect. Usually MAYO is on burgers where we have specifically stated that they contain NO MAYO, (due to members of my family having allergies) this results in the Meal having to be thrown in the bin. I have rang the shop a couple of times, but they are less than helpful and are very abrupt on the phone.

   Wow. Where do I even begin? Since moving here in Feb 2021, me and my boyfriend have ordered from here once a week and every single time we are astonished with how incredibly delicious this simple fried chicken can be. The 1* reviews on here are definitely fake. Chicketos is one of the greatest fried chicken establishments in Manchester.
