I'm only bothering to write a review here because I saw all the one star ratings. Personally, I've ordered from here a lot and it always hits the spot. I have only ordered sushi, mostly the salmon ones and they are generous with the fish, tasty and quickly delivered. I can't speak to their other items but for me it's 5 stars.

If you are looking for genuine Japanese experience you will get disappointed. Yakisoba beef and salmon noodles and sushi was really poor quality. Their mochi desert was overly sweet and melted.I rarely give bad reviews, but this was a miss and total waste of time.

Fake reviews and repackaged food. Seriously: do not order from here. First of, this restaurant fakes its reviews on both here and Just Eat. It's telling that all the reviews that extend beyond a single generic sentence ("best sushi ever") are all one star reviews. These are their actual customers. The food I ordered was two hours late: the restaurant keeps its "phone" off, so good luck trying to get through to them. After two hours had passed and ten or so calls had been ignored, I requested a refund via the app. Whilst they apparently can't operate their own phone, they did have the time to reject my request within seconds. Unfortunately, the food did eventually arrive. Honestly: I am fairly certain the bulk of the menu is repackaged store-bought sushi. I would venture maybe from Tesco's, but I actually think their gross packaged sushi is more edible than what this place sent me. To emphasize this, I want to specificly describe the sashimi. As part of my order, I paid for some salmon sashimi. Sashimi, for those who don't know, is considered by sushi chiefs the most prestigious type of sushi: it's simply raw fish, but its excellence comes from the craft behind it: the sourced fish, how its been kept or aged, and how its been cut to draw out its natural flavours. So, I ordered sashimi. What I got was unevenly cut pieces of unfresh and very fatty salmon, varying in sizes, and looking like they had been cut with a dull knife: the ends were all frizzled, as if the chief - who am I kidding, the factory's cutting-machine - had struggled to make exact, straight cuts and just grinded the meat apart. It was, without exaggeration, just separated chunks of raw salmon: to call it a "dish", let alone "sashimi", is just sheer audacity. This place is a rippoff, hiding behind fake reviews and trying to make a living off of first-time customers. Because, believe me, you won't be ordering a second time from here. I've had plenty of bad meals from places before, but this isn't just bad: it's an utter con.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered online and was late and arrived over cooked with noodles the consistency of Heinz tinned spaghetti, cheap veg, dry chicken and a powdery fishy tasting broth (which should be chicken ramen). We’re not going to finish that. Edamame meanwhile are ice cold. Never again!

Well, obviously I should check the comment before I order the delivery, I was order chicken katsu bento, well what they give me is the katsu salad. Dumpling, edamame, sauce and rice are all disappeared. The katsu is really hard, unless you wanna practice your masseter muscle. The takoyaki has no sauce only mayonnaise.

I ordered from Just Eat website and the food was delicious. It arrived on time, I will definitely order from them again.
