   I can honestly say that this was the best subway experience! the customer service is on another level. The way the staff team interact with their customers is something I haven't witnessed in a fast food environment. The kindness they showed to elderly customers who clearly needed a slower pace of service was very nice to watch. I cannot recommend this store enough! well done to this store and the team. Ps my sandwich was delicious!

   Normally when owner lady is there, its very good service and also other staff. Today there was a man with hat serving customers. Most probably from India. Was very very rude. First of all he did not change gloves despite asking as I am vegetarian. I ordered veggie delight and simply asked him to put no peppers and no jalopeno but please put more olives. And he said you have to pay extra. He put around 6 olives. What to say!!! I requested him again please put more olives , And he will not listen. I was so disappointed that I left without taking any sandwich away. I am really sorry for that sandwich waste but this man will not listen. He needs educating. Please someone check camera and see how much salads he put? I visited between 1:30 to 2:00 pm today. Its nothing against company or owner , its his attitude How much few extra olives will cost? Bad bad service. After visiting this store. I went to subway oldham. Their card machine was not working due to global IT outage. Staff told me to pay next day. I have also attached picture of their sub. And did not once ask for extra charge. This is called a service ATTACHED PICTURE IS FROM SUBWAY OLDHAM AND NOT FROM THIS STORE. PLEASE SHOW THIS IMAGE TO SERVING GUY TODAY. THIS IS HOW ITS MADE. Thanks

   Eat and had coffee in this store. Asked to have the key for the toilet as it was locked with a not saying for customers only. I was looked at by a member of staff like I was causing inconvenience. He hesitantly said”toilet broken’ he was making a sandwich at the time so may that’s the reason? I certainly will never use a subway again! Rude!

   Asked for a salad with double meat, was given less than you normal would on a foot long sand which, when questioned the male that served me insisted that this was correct , as I questioned this he had already prepared the bmt foot long to another customer which I could see had more ham than my already double meat salad, felt robbed would not return based on this.
