   Always come here with family and friends when they visit from Spain. Lovely pub, lovely stuff and lovely regulars. The food is tasty and portions are good size. Glad they have vegetarian options and a good selection of beers.

   Been here a few times and it's a shame some little things let the place down. The positives are that the prices and menu selection are great. Also food is also served quite quickly. You do get good value and ordering via the app was easy. Most of our food was yummy and portions are generous. However common items such as chips and fudge cake are regularly out of stock. The skin on fries and curly chips were overcooked. Our mains arrived and we had to remind them to bring our drinks over that we ordered 15 minutes earlier. You have to get your own cutlery, napkins and annoying sachet sauces from a counter as they are not placed on the table. All the cutlery on the shelf was dirty which I told a member of staff about and they took the cutlery away. I would visit again due to the cheapness but I wish they would improve on the above mentioned

   Fantastic lunch there. Fish and chips 2 meals for £10. Excellent value and cooked to perfection. Staff attentive and cheerful. It's really improved since the refurbishment.

   Prebooked for birthday meal - party of 15. All meals were lovely, well cooked and fresh, all staff were lovely and polite, really helpful and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Drinks were reasonably priced and there was lots of variety. Really enjoyable occasion - thanks!

   Ripped off !!! Ordered 2 adult and 2 kids meals. As per the offer stated, kids meals are £1 when buying an adult meal before 7pm. When I questioned why I been charged full price for the kids meal - the bar girl told me it's because I didn't mention the offer when ordering??? Refused to refund me ,she just smiled and said sorry !!!

   We just went for drinks, but got some nibbles as well. The food here looks delicious. Very lively and nice family atmosphere. Excellent food prices and fresh food
