   A wonderful experience every time! We always enjoy coming to Itsu, and a big part of that is thanks to Gianluca, who is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. His attitude genuinely makes us want to return again and again. My son has even become a loyal regular because of the great service he consistently provides. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It’s rare to find a place where both the atmosphere and the service feel this good. Highly recommended!

   The service at this Itsu location is consistently excellent. The main host, who is always working non-stop, deserves special recognition. She consistently goes above and beyond with her customer service, greeting everyone warmly and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. Her dedication and positive attitude truly elevate the experience she always seems focused on one goal: making every visit remarkable. Great recommendation with the Ginger shot. Many thanks for her hard work and genuine care.

   I had such a lovely experience at itsu Bromley! I loved the warm wooden décor, hanging lights and pops of neon colour. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Overall, itsu Bromley is a fantastic place for fresh, tasty food in a calm, stylish setting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I can't say much about asian food because I'm not a fanatic of it. The sushi came very fast, and the rice as well, both in containers. A bit expensive for the portions we bought but deserved a try. There wasn't a big range of dishes to choose from at this location. This shop is in the Mall The Glades in Bromley and is close by the rail and bus stations.

   Fairly new restaurant in the Bromley Glades near the enterance which was just what I needed before shopping. I had spicy chicken and rice. It was a good portion admittedly it did not look like the advertised photo as it was served on paper cup/bowl as oppose to a flat container. I also had a cup of peppermint tea which I surprised myself by having no sugar even though I had asked for it. Its self service and your number is displayed when it ready for collection. Someone cleans table after use do the restaurant is kept clean. Would recommended a visit.

   The store has several touch screen menus to place your order before collecting at the counter which was a great experience. The sushi was excellent and the chicken rice bowl was good. Plenty of seats and beautiful flowers all around.

   Overall we enjoyed our meal here, I really liked my chicken teriyaki and miso soup, however the sushi was average, it wasn’t fresh and next time we will most likely stick to the hot food section as this was great!

   Disgusting Microwaved food, on hold so was cold when we recieved it. Sushi fell apart and was in pieces. My Gyoza soup was disgusting and tasted burnt, if that's even possible. The Gyoza themselves couldn't hold together because they had been reheated and split to reveal a grey unappetising paste inside. My partner had the Korean style dragon roll which had not even been sliced. The Korean vegetable noodles tasted like a desert. The whole meal cost 30 pounds and we were told we could not have a refund, we were to contact customer services. My partner who will normally finish anything without complaint left a third of his noodles, I could not get the taste of burnt out of my mouth. So so so dissapointed, style over any substance, best to avoid, unless you enjoy overpriced microwaved food. Also, a can of coca cola is £1.75
