   I arrive 15.05. Kitchen closes at 15.00, they said. But there is the takeaway service. Which is outside only... So you have to order outside and queue outside. I place an order at 15.10, my sandwich arrived at 15.35... I showed them the Google Maps page that says "CLOSES AT 16.30". They say: "16.30 is only outside. Inside closes at 15.30. It's two different businesses" [SPOILER: it isn't]. The Company doing this convoluted business is called Mosaic Catering. Really amazing place ruined by extremely poor management :(

   Really enjoyed eating here. Good price for a full breakfast for the wife and I. Daughter had a bacon and sausage sandwich. Pretty empty when we arrived - but quite full by the time we left. Only slight quibble was the over-poached eggs; thoroughly enjoyed the meal though. Particularly loved the mushrooms as I got a double helping due to the other half's aversion to fungi.

   There are different prices for indoor/outdoor seating. Expensive for what it offers. The sandwiches are very basic, the bread is so cheap(or buns). Definitely a bit more effort could go into finding a decent bread especially for the price. A pastry is 3.5£ more expensive than a coffee. Won't purchase again.

   Visited Bramall Hall today and also took in The Stables Kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff with good service. We had a two course Christmas lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good quality and tasty food. Reasonable prices too. We could recommend a visit if your in the area.

   Dreadful Experience - Nobody even acknowledged us at first even though it said wait to be seated. We had to keep asking to be seated and served (with empty tables available). The cake was stale and dry tasted about a week old. Kids had to watch and wait 30 mins for their ice-cream. We had to keep asking where the rest of our drinks were. We were told they were coming repeatedly. Finally after 40 mins we were told they didn't have the ingredients to make the drink. We chose another - which we were charged for surprisingly (again I accepted). Waited another 10 minutes for that then we're charged for items we didn't even receive. We only realised this after asking for the receipt as it seemed high. No real apology or friendly response. There were 7+ members of staff that we could see - possibly more in the back - which seemed like a lot. We never complain, but feel like management really need to know how bad this was today and no effort for positive customer service or care to rectify it. Awful!

   Although it's a nice place and the team is friendly, the service is quiet late. To have a drink the waiter said we should wait around 20 min and she forgot our order until we had to remind the guy again.
