   Was my first time at shakedown yesterday and it definitely won't be my last , was served by Declan who welcomed me and explained the menu to me in detail. I probably asked too many questions but he was more than happy to answer each one. I got exactly what i wanted ! Outstanding customer service , his approch and desire to look after each customer was rare and amazing to see ! Credit to the store and hospitality, Food was perfect , place was clean 5 stars would give more if I could.

   We popped in yesterday, can not fault this place. Remember when they started in South Manchester....Shakedown has got it spot on, can not fault them. This branch here, brilliant. Great food, ambience and the staff who looked after us, Freya and Declan, just brilliant and a credit to this store. Highly recommend 10/10

   food is always really nice sadly got to me cold and milkshake melted. I can see it said on receipt ready for pick up at 13.40. I live 5 mins away and uber got it me at 14.15 so can only assume it was sat going cold on the side for half hour and milkshake melted. A cold wrap i could still eat but chips were inedible

   Shakedown is a great place to enjoy a fantastic smash beef burger. The decor is pleasing to the eye and gives the place a modern feel, but the seating could be slightly more comfortable. Despite this minor issue, the food is top-notch and the service is great, making it a great place to stop by for a quick and delicious meal.

   Came to the shakedown in Cheadle and wasn’t let down. Burgers were incredible, Cajun fries with spicy Mayo were amazing and the milkshakes seem to last forever and taste really good. Best fast food joint I’ve ever been to I could not recommend more.

   The chicken burgers are some of the best I've ever had. Beef burgers are great too. Their chips are brilliant, especially the cajun spiced. Service was quick even though they were busy. Quite pricey but really good

   Was invited for the early access. Amazing food, service and I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered. Long wait times, but that was expected on launch day. Will definitely be back soon.
