   Do not order from this place, I ordered dated 20/10/2024 and I paid with my debit card view there website, I did not even get an order confirmation and I messaged them and there reply was “oh” and enjoy your food! I’ve attached photo for reference. Also, I will be reporting this as fraud.l and they are stealing peoples money.

   Order a margherita pizza as vegetarian, peperoni arrived. Called them straight away said they would send another out (amazing, fine, sorted) wait another 35 minutes- nothing. Rang back to be told they have ran out of pizza. So if we hadn't had rang they just wouldn't have arrived! Also ordered two cookie dough desert which I might as well eat cardboard. Do not order from here!

   I have been consistently ordering from here for nearly 2 years and they never disappoint. The food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Customer service is at very high standards. 5 stars from me ☺️

   PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! Please an order online to be delivered at 20:20 on 6/4/23 money comes out the bank and also an email to say 35 mins later than predicted that fine. 22:05 I phone up and ask where my order is to be told you haven’t ordered as the company we use for payments does not pay us. Hung up the phone. That’s my problem? Go down to the shop to find out where my order is to be told we see you ordered but as they don’t pay us we don’t make your order! Absolutely disgusting telling me to contact the payment company! Well I will be going to trading standards you need to be closed down. Absolutely disgraceful! EVERYONE BEWARE DON’T LOSE YOUR MONEY! Definitely won’t be ordering again sweet escape it is in Heywood!

   If i could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered 2 milkshakes on Just Eat waited for more then 2 hours then got a notification saying “enjoy ur food” it hasn’t turned up I haven’t got a refund and the phone number on the website doesn’t work just goes straight through to voicemail. Worst take-away ever and I completely agree with all of the negative reviews on here. Absolutely horrible service. Scammers.

   Absolutely the most awful dessert shop in Manchester. I went back last night after 6/7 months thinking it might have been better. Paid £5.99 and I asked for “strawberry Nutella waffle” they gave me the waffle within maximum 2 mins wait. ? I open the the box in the car to find the waffle hard like a bread, with 6 small strawberry with Nutella sauce dripping everywhere. They gave me plastic forks that was lighter than paper. The fork was bending as the waffle was bread hard. Had to use my hands. Never found a dessert shop that has waffles cooked and kept in hot plate. Seriously will never be going back and will let my full community know that how bad this shop is.

   Possibly the worst takeaway I've ever had, took ages to arrive was stale soggy and cold all at the same time. The hot dog tasted like dog meat and the bun was disgusting. Items we paid for were also missing. Thankfully we ordered through just eat and got a refund. I won't be going anywhere near this place again!
