Ordered online paid £25 for a steak and it came in a tin on its own with some fries, nothing like the picture, no veg no seasoning and so much fatty bits, also well overcooked. Mac and cheese was just pasta with grated cheese on top.
Our third visit to Luckys and it's our favourite burger/fried chicken place in Stockport. The southern fried chicken is the best I've had anywhere and the burgers are really tasty and portion size is big. We had the Humongous burger and Luckys Grilled Stack and made one of them a meal to split the fries between us. More than enough food. We ate in late in the evening and the staff were great and we barely had to wait for the food to arrive. Would highly recommend!
It had been a couple of years since I last ordered from here, so I thought I would give it ago. Ordered on a week day and was delivered within just over an hour, but it’s only a 3-4 minute drive away. Chicken burger was nice but tasted like it had been fried in slightly old oil. Same with the hash brown and onion rings. Also, didn’t add the cheese that I paid for. Chips weren’t all that nice, cheap and very potatoey tasting, if that makes sense. And again, didn’t add the peri salt that I paid extra for. Gravy has nice flavours, and very similar in taste to another big chicken shop on edgeley, but it was very watery. So yeah, some issues here and there but if I’m ever in the mood for it again, I’ll just pop in rather than get it delivered. Not worth waiting over an hour
Food was well priced and delicious. For a table of 5 the food was served all together, freshly made and hot. All the meals were well presented and tasted as well as would have hoped for.
Amazing food reasonable prices. Very Family friendly.Great atmosphere. Spacious for dinning. The steaks,burgers and Mac and Cheese were amazing paired with the customer service made a great evening out.
We've tried Lucky's in Oldham, so we wanted to try the one in Stockport. The place is very aesthetically pleasing. There are a few tables upstairs and more downstairs if the place is packed. The menu was extensive with a lot of variety. I got the Route 66 Burger and a Mango mojito. The food tasted nice and it was presented well. Would definitely go again to try the other things on the menu.
We so glad we stopped at this place. What a clever idea. We were blown away by the decor, service and also the prices. This place is worth a special journey. The menu is creative and the food is prompt .souly served us. The boys were great. Just look at the pictures. I can’t wait to go back. We really were Lucky. A huge thank you to all staff. This place was really nice! The place its self looks amazing as my kids loved the decor. We was welcomed pleasantly and sat down to our table of 6. The range of food was really good which suited all my kids as they didn't fins it difficult to choose something to eat. The burgers was to die for as I chose the ultimate one which did take some beating but I finally ate it all. The milkshakes was really nice so overall we loved it and the prices was fair too. We will definitely be back again to try something different. I definitely recommend this place for families.
It's by far the best burger diner in the Stockport district. The selection is outstanding and unique. Every item is cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and polite. Why would I go anywhere else for this cuisine?
