   Worst experience 22/12/25. Waste of money. Waiting 20 mins then asked where our starters were and shockingly they came straight away, clearly shows it was sat waiting ready, it was as cold as the Antarctic. Then had to wait 30 mins to then go and ask for our mains, which then i asked for a manager that looked like he just sat his GCSE’s, he said he didn't know where our order was, clearly could not run the restaurant, we waited over 50 mins for our food, shocking service and attitude. Will definitely not be returning.

   Visited on Saturday at around 2:30pm and was very pleased with the service. I was seated by Paige, who was exceptionally accommodating — her approach was impeccable. Even when a customer at the neighbouring table became verbally rude and, in my view, aggressive, Paige maintained her composure and handled the situation extremely well.

   We ordered three burger meals, sunset burger, chuckle burger and a grilled chicken burger with houmous with pitta. It tasted amazing we enjoyed the food and ambience. The burger buns were little hard to bite. But it was delicious.

   I’ve never been so appalled by a food order. We spent £80 on a delivery from Nando’s Elk Mill, and what we received was completely unacceptable — both in hygiene and quality. • The chips came with a long hair in them (see photo) — disgusting and a clear hygiene issue • Food arrived stone cold • One of the pittas had a hard, raw chunk of cabbage core in it (also pictured) — not only lazy prep, but inedible • No peri salt on any of the chips, despite it being added to every item • No sauces were included — not a single sachet, even for this size of order • One portion of spicy rice was completely missing To top it off, this branch has a 2-star food hygiene rating, which unfortunately matches the poor standards we experienced. Nando’s is a national brand — this is not what people expect, nor what they should be paying for. The level of carelessness and lack of basic hygiene is genuinely shocking. We won’t be ordering from here again, and I’ll be raising this directly with Nando’s head office. If you value your money and health, avoid this branch completely.

   Well there is a first time for everything! Visited this Oldham Nando’s with family Sunday 15th June. Waited for 30 minutes to be seated, waited a further 40 minutes for the food. Well after such a long time one expects the food to be right? The chips were cold, half of them broken in half and some squashed. The chicken livers were over cooked, charred and chewy, very dry! The chicken a full platter was Luke warm, plus despite ordering a medium hot, it had virtually no peri sauce seasoning, tasted awful and very dry. The other family members also noted their food was substandard too compared to our regular Nando’s experience at Trafford centre branch. I needed to use the gents toilets - I walked into a foul urine odour area, the urinals blocked and urine on the floor, the sink area equally was dirty. I am very honest with my reviews, and honestly I didn’t expect this from the Nando’s brand - the price we paid, we should have had decent food and a clean place. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the food, no point really as photos don’t really show what I saw and tasted!!!

   Fantastic experience, Initially an issue with a gift card machine. Two managers on shift at 19.00-19.30 29th January sorted out the issue what a fantastic service which you don’t normally receive from a National chain absolute credit to the Nando’s chain and they deserve some recognition from higher up the chain. Food great as always

   A bit of a meh place to eat. The piri-piri chips were nice. Got turned away and asked to come back in 15 mins upon arrival. The bread on the burger was like eating rocks and the broccoli on the kids meal was definitely not cooked enough for a little person with only 6 teeth.

   As it was the middle of the week it wasn't very busy, there were a few tables in use though. They have a sink near the front so you can wash your hands before and after if you feel the need, which we did. The food was delicious, the chips went cold quite quick though, we should have eaten them quicker. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, making sure everything was good with our meals, like everything else the prices have gone up quite a bit, it was just my Mum and I and it was over £30 for 1 side each with our chicken a refillable coke and a large glass of wine, which was over £7 for the one glass of wine. Its a good job we don't do this very often.

   I go to a specific Nando’s for chicken liver, so when ordering here, I was a bit worried but did ask how I wanted it. It’s always good to get them cut up into smaller pieces as it taste better from being cut down to cook better. This was not done unfortunately lol however, it tasted fine. Highly recommend this! Extra hot is the way to go! The bread bun and butter is the perfect match for this meal! Get a large side and go for mash and garlic bread, hint lol I always mix extra hot and wild herb on my chips or mash, it’s just lovely :) The chicken thigh burger, extra hot was amazing! I don’t really get burgers from Nando’s but I will from now on! Extra hot people! Amazing! Big shout out to Adam, branch manager - super polite. Great customer service and hospitality!
