   The service was so appalling. Our lunch came to £40 for 4 people which is fine, but when we tried to apply our 10% off student discount she wouldn’t let us. We asked her nicely multiple times and she just stared at us blankly with no explanation and refused it. We asked her why and she wouldn’t give a valid reason. After I while I just paid and then we asked again and all she said was ‘it’s too late now you’ve already paid. Awful customer service for such a big brand that should be used to 10% off student discount codes.

   Wasabi bento boxes serves hot rice lunch boxes which kept me alive for the time there in canary wharf. Location is perfect and it’s only available for takeout options. Service is quick and accepts both cash and card which is a bonus for international travelers who might not have access to card options.

   Visited Wasabi for a quick lunch today. There are a variety of quick takeaways- both veg and non-veg. Its a self-help for food selection- and when you bill your food- the tiller quickly warms/prepares it for you. Its always extra hot- so good to find yourself a seating place. The staff were efficient considering the lunch hours- and very pleasant. Very nominally priced for a hearty hot meal. Loads of veggie options. Would visit again. :)

   It's been a long time since I had a Sweet Chilli Chicken and Rice. It was okay, but I thought the Rice was bit stodgy and the fact everything is pre-packed and sitting on a heated display now (rather than the old, Pre-Covid way, where they served it 'fresh') means it is only tepid in temp and the Sauce is a bit dried up .. ☹️

   Shame on you, Wasabi! Are you selling scraps to your customers? I’ve been having your sushi boxes for 10 years now and every year they are becoming worse. Why are there tears and gaps in the two sashimi slices I most look forward to having in your Tokyo Salmon box? The slices are so thin they are transparent and barely hold their shape, and clearly the knife had not been sharpened. Slices like these should be discarded. This is not the first time which motivated me to leave this review. The sushi rice is often undercooked (leaving bits of rice stuck in between my teeth) and underseasoned. Do you actually have trained sushi chefs preparing these takeaway boxes? Recently I’m also finding bones in the sushi or sashimi. The quality of the salmon sold in your store has deteriorated and on many occasions there is a very fishy smell emanating from the salmon as soon as you open the box. It simply puts off your appetite, and also suggests that the salmon isn’t fresh or prepped properly. To consume salmon raw, it must be sashimi grade quality and I am having concerns buying sushi from here. The prawns in the prawn tom yum soup have become so small that perhaps it should be re-labelled as shrimp tom yum soup. Prices have also gone up significantly year on year and it simply isn’t worth it anymore …

   This Wasabi is a takeaway store and they have very fresh and delicious sushi and hot food. It has long queues during weekdays lunch time but the waiting time is still relatively okay.

   Great quick store with hot and cold stations. Sweet and sour chicken bento hot box, spicy chicken Tom yum soup and vegetable dumplings. Soup was taken in back and prepared but the rest was ready to go. Delicious and quick if I need a emergency snack. Not bad price wise either. I will be back! Nice guys working the shop too give me some other recommendations as well!

   Having come back to work after almost two years. I got myself a sashimi/sushi mixed box. I should not have not eaten it as when I opened it. It stank. I ate half of it before binning it. Yes. I WAS SICK from this poorly cared for food...
