    I placed a order on deliveroo in the evening around 20:30pm and the restaurant kept me waiting 3 hours, they did not pick up their phone multiple times so I texted them. They replied to my text at 23:30pm apologizing saying they was very busy and didn't deliver to me because I lived too far and that I should contact deliveroo for a refund.
