   I went to get a toogoodtogo bag and was told to go to the side. I walked over to a lady cutting prawns (didn't look hygenic at all) she stared and me blankly and called for a colleague. They informed me that it wasn't ready, even though on the app it stated it was. They asked if I would come back in an hour, however I had plans so this wasn't possible. Although I wasted my time, it was a blessing in disguise, the whole place looked run down and filthy and I'd never eat from here!

   I went to get a toogoodtogo bag and was told to go to the side. I walked over to a lady cutting prawns (didn't look hygenic at all) she stared and me blankly and called for a colleague. They informed me that it wasn't ready, even though on the app it stated it was. They asked if I would come back in an hour, however I had plans so this wasn't possible. Although I wasted my time, it was a blessing in disguise, the whole place looked run down and filthy and I'd never eat from here!

   i went here to get a too good to good bag and they sent me into the kitchen, the lady working had airpods in and was listening to music with no uniform, when we entered the room she looked visibly annoyed, the order took ages to come as she was making it “fresh”, there were four staff members eating and talking at the front with phones on the surface table. They have no sign at the front and no menu in the restaurant and it smelt like burnt hair. I’m pretty sure they don’t have a fridge which is very concerning. we got 8pc which was over half cream cheese and hardly and cucumber and salmon, the rice was translucent and blue. In wouldn’t ever go to this place and honestly don’t know how they are still open.

   When I walked in, the staff just stared at me and were talking amongst themselves. I asked for my toogoodtogo bag and they told me to go into the kitchen. Here a staff member was listening to music and looked visibly annoyed when we asked for our order. she then proceeded to make it on the spot, causing wait for 10 minutes. We left, checked the food and saw only one roll of sushi (toogoodtogo is meant to be a quick pick up and have a variety of left over food). I couldn't see a refrigerator anywhere and am concerned the fish was not kept properly. We didn't eat the food because we were concerned. I would not order from this place.

   Wow....went in here to collect some sushi ordered online.... The place needs shutting down. Absolutely filthy, none of the fish is refrigerated it's all just on the counter top. Floor and surfaces absolutely filthy. Staff in tracksuits, dirty pots everywhere. Just unbelievable really.

   Horrible restaurant. Made a order around 11:30 PM and they accept it and announced it would deliver it at 00:05... At 00:30 NO FOOD and only after I called they said they would have to cancel - if it wasn't me calling, I would still be waiting... NOW there is no other restaurant to order from. Rude staff with irresponsible management. I was told they didn't care I would go without dinner today. NEVER FROM THEM AGAIN! ZERO STARS
