   We had a fantastic morning at The Elizabethan for ‘Breakfast With Santa’. Nikki & the team were fantastic & very helpful. The venue was very calming, beautifully decorated & family friendly. Breakfast was a generous size portion, very fresh & tasty and there were plenty of drink offerings too! Our children made some lovely memories here this morning which we will all treasure. Highly recommend for families, couples, friends & a good night out! We will be back!!

   Had dinner with my partner Catherine in this lovely spacious pub. Weather not the best and was delighted to be given a table next a lovely real fire. Nothing too much trouble for Nikki and her staff. Service was prompt but not rushed with all the menu options easily explained. We opted for the traditional roast Sunday dinner. We certainly weren't disappointed. Well cooked and plenty of it . Best Yorkshires I've had. A lovely house Red and cheesecake left us stuffed. Great service. Great atmosphere. A proper pub. Already booked again.

   Annetta our server for our table of 9 was nothing short of brilliant, very attentive, nothing was too much, very friendly and made our Christmas work meal lovely! The place was extremely busy as to be expected at this time of year but Annetta was still there whenever we needed or wanted her. Food was absolutely delicious and catered for all food intolerances and allergies. Nice to find a place with both Gluten free and dairy free sweet options too! I traveled from Salford and have never been before but would absolutely make the journey and visit again. Once again thank you to Annetta x

   Really nice meal at The Elizabethan. We visited for Sunday lunch. Nicely presented food and bottomless gravy on the Sunday roast. Really nice cheese & onion pie. Excellent service from our waitress Eleanor.

   I was in as a family booking and my meal and most of the parties meals was great. My sister thought the vegan burger was not cooked well enough though. The service was also good. Dogs were welcome, which is a massive plus.. there was one adorable pooch in there tonight. I thought it was a very chilled and nice atmosphere and would definitely be there again.

   All in all, it's a great venue, lovely atmosphere and the food is of a really good standard. Costs are typical of this type of pub, but I love the decor and ambiance of the place. Outside is well lit up with fairy lights and has good heaters which help during winter months. This is one of my favourite pubs in a lovely area.

   Loved our Christmas meal at The Liz. The food was all delicious, hot and good size portions. The staff were exceptional, even on a very busy night. The service was speedy and our waitress was delightful and very pleasant. 10 out of 10 on all aspects.
