We had an excellent first visit to Ela's. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was amazing. The staff were so attentive, and also great with my allergy! The food was delicious - the octopus was 10/10. Highly recommend!
First time to have dinner there and Unexpectedly good food and nice service. The dish is big and delicious. All staff are nice and feel like home. We must go again. Felix
My partner booked Ela for a surprise date night! It was ‘nice’ .. I asked for olives while ordering my drink and was told no? Thought this was odd! But Nevermind! Order was olives, Saganaki (just tasted like very burned cheese) a trio of dips with hummus, a cheese pastry thing (can’t remember the name) mixed grill, Kleftiko - Wasn’t the best? Watery and flavourless (I had had it elsewhere and thought the same so maybe it just isn’t for me?) not sure I would recommend or go back! But I do know other people who really like it!
I recently visited and ordered the fish meze plate, it was absolutely amazing! The portion was massive, fresh, and full of flavor. We shared it between four people and everyone loved it. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Great atmosphere and service too. Highly recommend!
We were in M&S Handford Dean and the queue was ridiculous so we put "food" into Maps and Ela came up. We were so pleased it did. The host was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. The place is immaculately clean, including the washrooms. Cloth napkins are a lovely touch. The cocktails were great. The only warning we have is to go there hungry :-) We will certainly go back. Parking is available for 2 hours behind the nearby shopping centre. 200 yards walk. There is a private dining room upstairs that is available for functions. There is an outdoor dining area. There is no obvious wheelchair access as there is a step at the main entrance and the restrooms are upstairs. Tip. The lunchtime menu is great value.
Incredible service, incredible food, incredible atmosphere. First time here, definitely definitely not the last! We'll be back & will tell everyone! If you're looking for food in Handforth/ Wilmslow look no further!

Amazing bakery next to the restaurant with fresh good quality baked bread and cakes, coffee and freshly made orange juice available. Highly recommended!
