   I’ve been coming here for a long time, usually on Saturdays when I’m working as a support worker. Today I came in with someone I support as he suddenly need to use the toilet and i thoughtim regularly go there so it shouldn'tbe a problem. No one was at the front, so I couldn’t ask for permission. We went in and person i supportwent to use toilet, and a staff member came out and spoke to me in a really rude tone. She told me I shouldn’t be using the toilet because I hadn’t ordered anything and that I would need to clean everything after. It wasn’t just what she said. It was how she said it. Her tone and her expression were nasty, and she started talking to another staff member in her own language in a way that honestly felt like she was swearing about me. She could have just explained the rule politely. Instead, the whole interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. After that, I didn’t even want to talk back. I stayed calm, ordered food quietly and tried to keep things simple. I even tried to order drinks, but she told me they weren’t serving drinks at the moment. So I just ordered the food and left. I’ve never been spoken to like that here before, and it really put me off.

   The resteraunt has recently had a very nice renovation. I call in for breakfast quite regularly and the food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed. The manager and staff are very pleasant.

   We called in for coffees, while shopping together in Handforth. We were served delicious drinks, with a smile, at our table outside. There we perused the menu and saw some great food. Will definately try a breakfast, bru ch or lunch soon!

   I visited this café last week, about half an hour before closing. As soon as we walked in, the waiter behaved quite strangely—she was rude and unprofessional, which made the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. The worst part came as we were leaving: I overheard her telling a colleague, loudly, “I always hate customers who come this late.” Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this café.

   The recently renovated cafe brought in a fresh atmosphere. The food was lovely prepared and they all looked pretty. The potato that day was a bit mealy while I prefer a bit crunchy.

   Was around the area, not local to my regular Turkish Cafe - Mediterranean in Whaley Range and thought I’d give this place a go. So disappointing, completely lacks authenticity. Witnessed my hummus being taken from a fresh tub of supermarket hummus. Along with my pesto from the jar. All these things are ok, as long as the price reflects and there’s a little bit of love going into the preparation which there was a complete lack of. A member of staff came in from outside and immediately began preparing food, which turned my stomach. I wasn’t asked if I wanted salt on chips or any sauce. - those little added extras go a long way when it comes to hospitality. My local cafes are much better, I think it’s time this cafe did some market research and rethought their approach to the Turkish cuisine that they offering. Won’t be returning.
