   Unfortunately chose to collect my Hanabi platter from this branch. Luckily I arrived 20 minutes before my chosen collection time only to find out they weren’t aware of my order. Jenny then rushed to get my order completed. She advised me she was going to leave in 10 minutes so it was lucky I got there early. She informed me the order will take 30 minutes to complete, which was fine so I waited there. They should provide small bags to take the soy sauce and wasabi home in especially if large platters are ordered. Overall not happy with the order. I wouldn’t be back to this branch to order my platters from again.
