Ordered a full chicken platter. They sent 4 thighs no breast. Dry chicken. Wouldn't waste my time.

I Ordered chicken tikka starter with salad a naan bread garlic mayo and drinks. Firstly the salad was missing the chicken tikka was swimming in greasy oil which the oil had leaked all over the wrapping around the box and the bag was full of grease the naan bread didn't have enough foil wrapping and was hanging out of the wrapper in the greasy bag. The food has been okay in the past the chicken tikka is usually very good. When I phoned the shop the person who answered apologised and said it would not happen again and did not offer to change the food or solve the problem.. I have a eating disorder and find it difficult to eat and tonight (Thursday 5th January 2024) I actually had a bit of a appetite but I'm sat here starving with no more money to buy food looking at a bag of disgusting food. The man who answered the phone was right about one thing and that is it won't happen again because I won't be ordering again. I just wish that just eat would allow photos on reviews to be able to shame these kind of places. To be honest I don't think they have any shame as If they did they would correct the problem or give a refund. That's my opinion/review of Al Faisal.

The worst pizza i’ve ever tasted. It was not only burnt but also tasted so bland & off. Could not finish it. Waste of money. I got an idea from reviews that asking for a refund would be a waste of time. Very dissapointing.

The quality of the meat they use for qabuli pilau and the mince for kobeda has deteriorated over the last 18 months or so. The meat products smell of excessive fat. The chicken tikka has been burnt the last couple of times we got it. That's chef incompetence though. The full piri piri was a house favourite. But the size of the bird has gone down and the prices of almost everything has been increased significantly. I understand the cost pressure but if they are passing the cost increases to customers, then they should not lower their quality. Delivery is hit and miss too. Last week we waited 2.5 hrs for food and this was at 6:30pm.

Avoid at all cost. This is the burnt food they offer to their customers. When complained , they refused that the order was even theirs, after passing 3 people the guy put the phone down, I rang again and rather than be sorry he was asking me to come back all the way down 6 miles for a replacement. He never offered a refund. The staff is a disgrace.

Nice friendly staff although really busy, but it was Sunday at peak time dealing with phone online orders. Could do with more staff on the till. The food was fresh and cooked well. We had kobedah which were gorgeous and chicken tikka shwarma meal and that was nice too. Good menu choice of Arab, Turkish and Asian food, Kebabs, Grills, Rice, Chicken and Pizza. Check the photos for more on the menu. Good space for eating and really clean. Comfortable longe seating but small tables. Good hand washing facilities. We were going to Cheetham Star but that was closed so a good alternative.

Once used to be very famous for authentic Arabic cuisine. Over the last few years they have lost their crown for fresh authentic Arabic flavors. Lately we did try few kebabs and rice. Food was alright but nothing amazing. Will recommend management to upsize their true flavor and spices.

I loved their grilled chicken however extremely disappointed today was. I ordered two full chickens and both seemed to be left overs reheated from the day before. Dry and burnt, days old salad... To top it all their service is now rotten. Won't be going their again
